Facility

Rooms

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant, a café and a bar. All-inclusive is offered as a catering option. All-inclusive holidaymakers enjoy special extras like snacks, in addition to a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. A generous breakfast buffet, lunch and a comprehensive dinner buffet offer plenty of delicious variety. Staff are also happy to provide children's meals.

    Fantastic Hotel, me and my wife have now been 5 times over the past 7 years and it has improved so much with each passing visit. Internet connection is now 100% throughout the hotel, fantastic choice of cocktails and beers, all of which are the real McCoy. Cannot recommend it highly enough. 🙏

    Each time some small improvements which make the experience better, the daily info text from Guest Relations and updates / changes. Rodney is back with a few new faces making a lively and engaging Entertainment Team. Lots more sunbeds on the beach. E-bikes to hire for £5 per hour and they had helmets 😊. Spotlessly clean everywhere, they do an excellent job when the hotel is so full. Another wonderful day on Jerry Boat - cannot fault it!A few negatives - Rodney is a bit removed now and less involved with guests - more behind the scenes which is a shame. In 10 nights there were only 3 Amphitheatre nights, the rest were on the Party Area but the shows were all great. Disappointed not being able to eat at Beach Evening menu due to a BBQ Dinner being served most of the week as there was a Turkish Bank Holiday. There were quite long queues at the bars at times, a few more staff at these key times would help.

    Brilliant stay, couldn't fault anything during our 2 day short stay,Great food,entertainment and staff that could not do enough for you.Would definitely stay there again, the only minor glitch was the duvet only just covered the kingsize bed.

    Excellent. Great food and entertainment. The private beach was great: lovely sunbeds and waiter service on tap by using the qr code on the parasol. A nice little restaurant on the beach if you don't want to go to the main resteraunt.

    What an incredible place. We travelled as a family, me and my husband, my 18yr old daughter and my 79yr old mum. This was the perfect resort for all of us. The staff throughout the hotel were so friendly and helpful. We spent most evenings at the beach bar so a special mention to the staff there who really did go the extra mile for us every day, the food there was great too. Being able to order drinks from your sun lounger on the beach was a lovely little luxury. We loved it so much that while there we actually cancelled our October holiday to Tenerife and booked to return to Jiva Jiva Beach, Müşteri Hizmetleri / Ön Büro at Jiva Beach Resort, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thank you very much for your wonderful feedback.
