Myself and my new husband married in Oulideniz this September and is safe to say things didn't go to plan ! ?? unfortunately on the day of our wedding we had a flash flood however the staff went above and beyond to support us in our time of need even though they were also facing a crisis themselves Isa a member of staff in the bar and restaurant was very supportive and helpful throughout our stay as was our cleaning lady who often left our room not only spotless but left our bed with beautiful decoration (apologies to the lady in question as there was a language barrier) the facilities were excellent as was the food and service can't praise the hotel, staff and service enough ?? thank you all for everything we will never forget our stay and your kindness Mr & Mrs Crowden AKA Zoe & Stu .xx

Where do I start. Hotel location is brilliant, then it gets worse. Rooms not very clean and bathroom very very tired and flooded every time we had showers. We were supposed to have a garden view we had a view of a scrapyard Room 19 .I have read other reviews and it was very different experience than I had . Sunbeds all took by 8 30am .Breakfast was not good unless you want to queue 15 minutes to get a egg .The staff had faces as miserable as sin .The orange juice is diluted pop. Had to go to the reception a couple of times and the receptionist couldn't or didn't want to understand English . Not our first visit to Oludeniz and it is beautiful. Just not this hotel.

I have been coming to this resort for over 20 years and stayed in quite a few hotels. I keep coming back to the Karbel Sun because of the outstanding service from everyone that works there. Nothing is too much trouble and the hospitality is first class. Perfect hotel in a perfect location and 5 star food. A big thank you to Mehmet and his team, see you next year. Derek and Shirley.

Relaxing stay at the Karbel Sun!

We had an amazing time at this hotel and honestly couldn’t fault our stay. We were given exactly the room we booked — a very large Deluxe Superior Room with a garden view.The room:The best air conditioning we’ve ever experienced in a hotel! The room was lovely and spacious, the bathroom was very clean, and the bed was firm but comfortable. We slept really well throughout our stay. We also noticed that the air conditioning filters must be changed regularly, as we didn’t suffer from the sore throats, blocked noses or feeling unwell that we sometimes experience when staying abroad.The pool:The pool area was excellent. We loved spending a few hours there every day. It was clean, relaxing and, most importantly, there were no stressful “lounger wars”! It was never overly noisy either, so it was a really lovely place to relax.The location:This was probably the best thing about the hotel. It’s only a 2-minute walk to the Dolmus road and is right at the top of the strip, meaning everything is literally on your doorstep. Despite being so close to everything, it was still lovely and quiet at night. We were far enough away from the late bars that we couldn’t hear any music from our room, which was perfect.The restaurant:We had breakfast at the hotel a few times and thought there was a good selection of food. The restaurant always seemed busy with other guests enjoying breakfast too.The staff:The staff were lovely. They gave you your space and allowed you to enjoy your holiday without constantly being around you, but they were always there whenever you needed anything.Overall:My boyfriend and I had an excellent stay and genuinely loved this hotel. Everything we wanted from a holiday was right there — a great pool, a fantastic location, a comfortable room and a peaceful atmosphere. We would absolutely stay here again and can’t wait to come back! ??

Karbel Sun is a fabulous hotel with a wonderful Manager and kind staff. Clean rooms and a lovely pool area. It's in a great location. The brekfast's delicious, too.We'd happily return again.
