    Reaally bad.

    rating15 Oct 2026

We came back from here 3 days ago. This hotel was dirty. The rooms were not cleaned. The room door and frame were lifted on 1 side causing a huge gap under the door. We think someone with a broken kneck fitted it. This caused many cockroaches etc to come into our room so we had to stuff towels under to block this. The music was really loud from 9am until 11pm most of the time the same 3 songs on repeat. The shop worker was fantastic. Reception could barely speak english and very disinterested to anything. Bar staff good. Food was disgusting with raw chips, onions for breakfast. Flies were all over the food. 6 cats walking around everyone in resteraunt waiting to be fed. Chicken was fatty and grissly. My 2 children and partner barely eaten the whole week. I lived off soup and toast and egg for breakfast. Got a bad stomach twice. Tables were not dusinfected when cleaned. Staff merely took plates away and dry ragged bits off food off tables onto floor. Most food was same every night as were puddings. The dj played every track for the first chorus then swapped song via laptop. Pool was really good. Beach were the best bit. Thus hotel is very run down and of very poor quality both food , effort and maintenance. Such a shame. We took a taxi to Chalis beach just to get a good meal 1 night just because i have been to that area on 5 previous holidays and never had a complaint or bad review. This hotel were full of Russians and were very rude to British. The hissed at us and seem to have issues with us all. We just tried to take no notice. Spa girl had to be told 3 times we were not interested when she was touting on the beach for customers. This hotel is segregated from Chalis area with no hotel transport. . Do not be put off by going to chalis or Oludenuz despite my review. They are amazing areas and people. I would not return to this hotel in future.thus was our honest experience.

    Meh

The hotel is out in the middle of nowhere, a taxi to the nearest town costs about 750tl and is 15 minutes away, which can only really be done once because there's not much there other than restaurants. The problem with the amount it costs to go and see said town, is the fact that there is so many choices of food out there, because in this hotel the food choice is slim, VERY slim. Me and my partner both struggle with food and found that we had to eat the same, plain option of food all week, which was often overdone.Even from that we both ended up with stomach pains twice from the food we were eating in the hotel, it's quite unsanitary. The hotel room was nice, no issues with our room other than the tea-towel quilt you get given, lucky for us we had a quilt in the cupboard, but after speaking to others, they did not.The staff can be quite rude, when we asked for a food to be made that they had but a plain version of it, we were told no & given attitude.Bar staff are really nice:)

    Would not return

    rating08 Oct 2026

?Overall Rating: 2.5/5 – Beautiful location and views, but falls short of a 4-star experience?Pros:?Friendly Staff: The manager and the chef at the pizza station were exceptionally welcoming and friendly throughout our stay.?Scenery: The beach views are absolutely stunning, and the nearby walking paths are very pleasant.?Value: Given the price paid, the overall value was acceptable, though the resort definitely does not meet 4-star standards.?Cons:?Guest Atmosphere & Discrimination: As an English family, we felt extremely unwelcome. The guest demographic was predominantly Russian, and we experienced clear hostility due to our nationality—including an instance where another guest explicitly asked why we chose this hotel as an English family. Disturbingly, another guest pushed our toddler and told us to "shut up" when confronted.?Room Quality & Maintenance: The room was small and basic for a family. In a full week stay, the room was only cleaned once. Furthermore, the running water repeatedly shut off, and the bathroom flooded during our stay.?Service & Other Staff: Outside of the manager and the pizza chef, the rest of the staff were unhelpful and unfriendly.?Amenities & Entertainment: Facilities did not match what was advertised. There was no kids' club or children's entertainment (possibly due to being later in the season), and the pool slides were rarely turned on.?Food & Location: The food options were repetitive throughout the week. The hotel is quite isolated; a return taxi into Fethiye cost £130, making it expensive to explore off-site.?Final Verdict:While the views and a couple of staff members were highlights, the maintenance issues, lack of advertised amenities, isolated location, and uncomfortable, hostile atmosphere mean we would not return or recommend this property as a true 4-star experience for English families.

    Don't go there

Worst hotel everRooms old, dirty, shower head fell down all the time felt like servant rooms. Sink leaking underneath fell like having a footspa while cleaning ur teeth. Manager was quite condescending to my daughter when we complained and asked for a rooms to be changed he told he she was a tired lady. Reception staff at least 3 of them were incredibly rude laughing at us when we was trying to sort WiFi out. Talking in their language and staring at us giggling. Entertainment staff, bar staff shop staff were really lovely. Restaurant staff except manager were terrible. 4 nights out of 7 we had no forks ate with our fingers or a spoon. Jeep safari was amazing absolute must do. The jeep safari tour guides were really fantastic lots of laughs and fun all do. The on the beach and love holiday rep was amazing, he got all our problems sorted, got us moved, was very kind checked in with us and was very quick to deal will everything. I truly think he deserves a pay rise his name was jan.
