    Lovely holiday

    rating10 May 2026

Enjoyed a lovely week here, stayed in the annexe, was really nice, looked out onto the small pool at the back, spotlessly clean, the cleaner was a lovely lady. The buffet breakfast was a bit boring, but what we had was good. Would stay there again. great location very close to the beach.

It was the worst vacation of my life. In the photo you have one hotel, but in life it is completely different. It has two buildings. They put us as a couple in a room with two separate beds, all the furniture was terrible, the walls were torn, the bathroom was so terrible that when you entered it you wanted to cry. No amenities in the room. The dining room is beyond words. There is simply nothing to eat for breakfast. Even banal eggs and sausages, the same for lunch, only dinner was more or less edible, some pasta and one type of meat and vegetable salad. The hotel has two swimming pools, one in the first building is not big and there are not many places to lie down, so people also come from the street, buy a ticket to the pool and relax there. The second pool is in another building, it is a little bigger and there are 5 sunbeds and few people. But the chlorine in that water is very strong. No matter how hard we tried, we couldn't find any advantages, especially since the money paid was not small.

fantastic hotel that I would recommend and wifi reaches all parts of the hotel.

    rating15 Sept 2024

fantastic hotel that I can't fault and Wi-Fi reaches the whole of the hotel even the main part of the hotel which is across the road. staff are friendly breakfast is nice but breakfast could do with changing it up abit so there is something different for breakfast each day rather than the same breakfast food day in day out.

Fellow Yabancı as we're referred, AVOID.

    rating21 Aug 2024

Avoid this hotel. Warning to all foreigner's out there. As they here in Türkiye refer to us as "Yabancı". I'm not alone. A number I've talked with, including English people have said how they have been scammed by this hotel.Had yet another run in again tonight when I spoke with them over not being able to access the internet. I admit to shouting due the standards and care for customers displayed in this hotel. He told me to "go". My response, "happy to if you refund what's owing on what I paid" Ignored, no response.Honestly, think twice before booking here, especially non residents of Türkiye. They treat their own differently, that's for sure.I have recently stayed in this hotel. Booked for two weeks with breakfast. When I arrived at the hotel. Told I wasn't in the main hotel, but in annex across the road. They advised that my room was on the first level with a stairwell I had to climb to get there. Something I would not have booked knowingly as I use a walker as part of my mobility aide. They advised that they knew I would struggle seeing me use my walker but they would attempt to move me into the main hotel. My biggest mistake. Not refusing this suggestion immediately. I shouldn't have accepted their lies and deceitfulness. Despite being told to return tomorrow, which continued on each visit to their reception for a further four days, I was never provided the room in the main hotel they said they would try and provide. I explained on several occasions how difficult it was trying to climb the stairs to access the room and my nearly losing my balance and falling on a number of occasions, but this had no bearing in their efforts to re-accommodate me. I ended up asking if I could get a refund, or what would happen if I sued for injury and his response was " you booked an economy room and we provided the room, we're not responsible so go ahead".I would not have booked this room if it had been made clear in their advertising that they had an annex which did not offer elevator service or disability access, knowing that I would have struggled. They do have an elevator in their main hotel area, but again this barely fitted me and my walker inside.Another issue was their hygiene in their restaurant. I observed children putting their hands through and picking up food that we were all expected to eat from, and not using the utensils provided.I also observed adults taking loaves of bread, cutting what they wanted or picking up uncut portions of bread, deciding if they wanted it or not and throwing it back into the bread compartment of the servery for what was available for all guest use at their meal. Nothing like what I had observed in the other hotels in Türkiye during recent stays where a staff member, being gloved, put the bread into individual baskets for each guest attending for the meal, so they could take their own basket. At least in this situation health and hygiene was being practiced as well as these hotels were able. Unlike Hotel Malhun which appeared to be a free for all, and germ breading environment.I aired my views with several foreign visitors, a number of others being English, and I being Australian/Irish in our agreement that this is a pretty poor hotel that does not care about it's foreign tourists. Giving preference to their own Turkish citizens. In my opinion, the worst hotel visit in nearly 9 weeks in Türkiye to date, and telling all my fellow "yabancı" travellers as they seem to take pride in referring us as being. Not a hotel I would return and don't waste your money on their deceitfulness and lies in what they may offer you. If you still want to come to this çhaliş regıon of Fethiye there are many better, honest and cheaper hotels to consider. Again, don't waste your money here🤬 Go to Tripadvisor   |   Privacy Policy   |   Contact UsPlease do not reply directly to this e-mail. Best Hamam

    rating03 Jul 2024

Didn’t stay at the hotel but used the Hamam (Turkish bath and massage).Best in the area, and Sefa gives the best massage. Visited 3 times over my holiday, and took my sister too. She agrees with me, for once! Visited solo which was a bit brave, but was shown total respect throughout
