    Great accommodation option for Salamanca

    Beds, bathrooms, service, cleanliness, location, reception, food and drink were exceptional.Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay on our way between Santiago de Compostela and Madrid at the end of the CaminoIt has everything we wonted and more

    No hot water for shower etc. Water noises in the bathroom throughout the night. Average breakfast. Beds poor quality and uncomfortable. Found someone else’s hair that hadn’t been cleaned from the room. No care about customers when requesting some assistance.Compared to other places visited this has been by far the worst hotel on our trip.

    We stayed one night close to plaza mayorChecking good wifi good plenty of lifts to use room was OK bed not so good hotel was clean and break was a light breakfast little bit noisy at times and is use by tour groups so can be busy Salamanca nice to visit the hotel has a good dinner option a good stay

    I don’t understand why someone said the rooms were dirty and dated but it was not my experience! I had a very clean and pleasant room. The only thing that needed adjusting was the sliding doors to the bathroom but they may not have realised until I mentioned it.A nice view of the famous Cathedral on level 5. Staff at reception and in the restaurant were friendly and attentive. The white Verdeja wine at supper was nicely chilled. The menu del dia at supper which included bread, water and a glass of wine was reasonable. I liked the white table clothes and napkins. The music from the bar was a little intrusive but tolerable, I’m not a fan of loud music. The meal was simple and I’m not sure if it was brought in ready prepared but it was not a la carte just simple and tasty. A little more choice and more authentically Spanish would have been nice, it felt a bit bland. Otherwise I would certainly stay here again as it was good value for money.

    Comfy hotel near sights.

    This was a comfy hotel. Staff pleasant and helpful. Only stayed 2 nights and didn’t have breakfast. Room clean and spacious wouldn’t say it was 4 star though.We thought this hotel caters for coach tours maybe older guests? Maybe the ones we saw Americans.You can pay for parking though they’re some places on the streets nearby.Salamanca is a bit touristy but nice. We found 2 nights there enough to see all the sights.Plenty of places to eat in the town.
