First time staying here, absolutely loved it. Room was beautiful, and we got what we requested which we were pleased with. Location is perfect too. Such friendly staff, we loved the vibe of the place which was perfect, and just what we were after. Great value for money, would definitely return here. We found everywhere clean, really nothing to complain about. Great little hotel, great staff too.

We came back to the Mavruka Hotel after four years, and it literally felt like coming home to our happy, chilled-out place. There are far too many positives to mention, but once again, we were treated like family from the moment we arrived.The management team looked after us from start to finish and genuinely couldn’t do enough for us, which we really appreciated. The food is tasty, freshly prepared and very reasonably priced, meaning we didn’t even have to leave the pool area at lunchtime. The evening meals looked amazing too, although unfortunately we ran out of time to try them this time around.There is also a new chef who looks after breakfast, lunch and dinner, and he is doing a fantastic job. The food was consistently delicious and there was always plenty of choice.The service around the pool bar and lunch area was excellent, and we also have to mention the cleaners and the day and night teams on reception, who once again looked after us so well. Nothing is too much trouble for anyone at the Mavruka.We would honestly say don’t be put off by any negative reviews — come and experience this hotel for yourself. We really don’t think you’ll regret it.Mavruka is a quiet, family-run hotel that is clean, well maintained and beautifully kept throughout, including the gardens. And the swimming pool is absolutely amazing! ???????It’s also in a fantastic location, close to everything on the strip, yet surprisingly you don’t hear the loud music at night like you might expect from being so central.For us, the Mavruka is a place where we can properly chill, relax and enjoy ourselves, and we’re already hoping to be back again in 2027 to enjoy another year in our happy place. ??Well done, Team Mavruka, and thank you once again for making us feel like part of the family.All the best,The Herbert & Hartley Family Group ??

Have been to the Mavruka many times over the years and we will back ! Great hotel . Lovely clean pool with plenty of sunbeds . I have always found the owners friendly and the staff ?? The rooms are cleaned daily . The breakfast is Turkish but eggs and ommelettes are available if you want them . Very close to the strip however it is quiet in the rooms . See you next year Steve & Louise

This is the second time my mum and I have stayed here. The peaceful side of this hotel even though the location is so near the strip is just beautiful. The only downside is the rooms need updating but you are not in them long enough for it to bother you. The staff are always happy to help from breakfast, bar staff to the reception team you are in good hands. Cannot wait to go back again next year to enjoy more of the same. Thank you to all the staff at Mavruka and a special mention to Mustafa who always brought us our food with a smile.

We had consistently ask for our room to be cleaned and only day 3 the bedding had been changed. So we have had to sleep in a dirty bed left from previous guests with their hair on this is disgraceful I got pictures of the towel that i have sent to travel agencies they were given to us with faeces over i presented the towels to the receptionist who huffed and puffed and snatched the towels from me as there were other guest in the reception and was not even given an apology from towels that had been given to us. They later brought us 1 towel and told us we would have to wait untill later on in the evening to have another towel as they didn't have any clean towels for us to use they came about 2 hours later with a bunch of clean towels and handed us 1.the cleanliness of this hotel is appalling the bed cream has thick dust on the top and a dirty mug with mould was left outside on our arrival. We stayed the remaining of our holiday but won’t be returning.If you can afford more then i definitely would recommend it as it’s not the best for what you pay
