Location

The hotel is located in Çiftlik, approximately 2 km from the centre of Calis and 500 m from the beach. Situated in a quieter part of the area, it is still within easy reach of the market town of Fethiye and its many amenities, which can be found 6 km away and can be reached by public transport, with connections running regularly from within a few metres of the hotel. Restaurants and bars are about a 10-minute walk away, and shopping opportunities are just around 100 m away. The lagoon at Ölüdeniz is roughly 20 minutes’ drive from the hotel, while Kayaköy Village is about 30 minutes away by car. Dalaman Airport is approximately 40 km from the hotel.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 50 non-smoking rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions.     Read the reviews and I can honestly say this hotel is clean friendly and a good place to stay. Turkish breakfast with ample of choice. Evening meal also Turkish food but they also have a bar food menu with pizza burgers chip and a good selection British food all reasonably priced and prepared fresh. The pools are spotless and rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels would definitely come back . Taxi to Calis 100 tl so about £3.20

    In a few words Do yourself a favour and book elsewhere.On arrival I was greeted with a young man who was very unwelcoming I put it down to the early hours he had to wait on my arrival. The room was ok until I lifted the pillow and had to flip a bug off of it before I could sit down . The surroundings were nice but the men were not I thought to myself perhaps it’s because I’m a female on my own . They were rude unhelpful and disrespectful. I asked the young unhelpful guy to make me a fresh pancake because I didn’t take the one that had been lying on the table for how long I m not sure anyway I was standing for about 10 minutes waiting on a pancake while he was on his phone scratching his head then pulling up his shorts in the end it totally put me off.I left.

    Terrible service.... Dirty room...Toilet stops flushing at certain times...shower water slows down modurity of the time...Really far to central Fethiye...Person at the reception was so nice until he took the money then a 360 degree turn around to plain old rude....

    Rude staff. Terrible food. Uncomfortable beds. Dirty rooms. Constantly bombarded by huge crowds of locals at meal times. The family running the place are rude, aggressive and clearly have no interest in their guests' experience whatsoever. Please, please, please book somewhere like Defne Pansiyon (just around the corner) instead!!

    Upon reading reviews before we set off i can say i was a little anxious as some read badly. But upon arriving and staying for a week i assure you the bad reviews seem to be(the english ones anyway) all the PERSONS own problems. Them not liking the food and complaining the TV is only Turkish......You're in turkey. *sigh* regardless. Upon arrival we saw a beautiful, quiet and very well presented hotel and even heard a few people on our shuttle whisper that they wish they'd booked Nazar Garden instead. We were warmly welcomed by the staff who gave us our room key and asked if we would like Air Con, whilst i was a little shocked it was extra, it turned out to be only 30 lira which is roughly £7.50 for week for aircon but regardless i would reccomend getting it. Its extemely powerful and is nice at night. You can actually sleep well rather than sweating to death. Rooms were cleaned every day and to a very high standard. Obviously the tap water is not to be drunk but for a 1.5 litre bottle of iced mineral water it is 2 lira (50p) so how can you complain!. Whilst there we had belly dancers and one HELL of a pool party. It was insane. British music blasting out, all the staff coming round grabbing everyone and throwing them into the pool, it was the most fun ive ever had. Obviously they let us put our phones safely away first hahaha but it was still a hoot. Food buffet was great, if it doesnt tickle your fancy then by all means order off the menu. It is extra but we are talking 50 lira for a t-bone steak which is the most expensive!! Burger pizzas chicken grill all 10-15 lira. So you wont break the bank if you want to order off Buffet.The owner and eldest male worker spoke perfect english, the rest did struggle but this didnt affect us. The two english speakers could not do enough for us. Always checking how we were. And always smiling.The pool or pools were also spotless. PH level checked end of every day and on one day it was a little too high for the owners liking so he insisted it was drained and refilled immediently that night ready for tomorrow. Water slides were clean. No rust. No damage and Fun fun fun!! Highly reccomend for families and couples alike.Thanks for an amazing stay we will be backSam and Charlotte. W YorkshireENGLAND!!
