Location

The complex is located in a quiet area, just less than 3 km away from the resort of Calis and 500 metres from the shingle beach. Local amenities can be found in Calis or a little bit further away, in the market town of Fethiye. These can be reached by public transport situated 350 metres away from the property. Dalaman airport is approximately 45 km away.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 29 apartments. The reception desk in the lobby is staffed round the clock. Amenities available at the apartment hotel include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Further services and facilities include a babysitting service, a car hire service, medical assistance, room service, a laundry service and a hotel shuttle bus. Active guests can make use of the bicycle hire service to explore the surrounding area.

Rooms

Rooms feature a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure comfortable indoor temperatures. A balcony is included as standard in some rooms. Rooms have a double bed or a king-size bed. Separate bedrooms are available. A safe and a minibar are also available. For self-catering guests, there is a well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, mini fridge, stovetop, microwave, tea/coffee station and oven. A telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. The hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

Guests can work out or just relax in the outdoor and indoor pools. Kids can splash about in a special swimming area just for them. A waterslide and a refreshing drink at the poolside snack bar offer the perfect way to unwind. Sun loungers and parasols are available on the sun terrace. For guests who wish to keep active, cycling/mountain biking, fishing and horse riding are available. Water sports available at the apartment hotel include windsurfing, canoeing, snorkelling and diving. Sport and leisure facilities at the hotel include a gym and table tennis. There is a wellness area with a spa, a hammam, massage treatments and a solarium and, for an additional fee, a sauna and a steam bath. Children are well looked after in the kids' club.

Meals

Dining facilities include a café and a bar. A non-smoking restaurant with air conditioning, high chairs and a separate area for smokers is available to guests. Half board is offered as a catering option. In addition to breakfast, the hotel also offers lunch and dinner à la carte. The apartment hotel also offers snacks.

    Has Comfort Inn lowered standard’s?

    Successfully used the official Comfort Inn “Choice” App to book my reservation for two consecutive nights. Upon arrival at hotel pool was”under repair” and I was informed only the first night was available despite having a two night reservation. I agreed to one night after negotiating a discount rate with clerk. Our room’s sink only dispensed scalding HOT water (no cold at all). Front desk suggested we use a bucket of ice to adjust water temp for drinking! Sliding shower door was also inoperative. I will avoid booking this hotel in the future despite good past experiences at other Comfort Inn’s

    Disgusting hotel! Avoid!!!

    This hotel reeks of marijuana and feces. The rooms are filthy and infested with bugs. I made a reservation but canceled immediately upon walking into the disgusting, foul-smelling lobby. I asked to speak with a manager, but no one was available. Despite never staying at this hotel, they still charged my credit card for two nights. I have repeatedly tried to contact the hotel without any response and ultimately had to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

    I was in this place a month ago. I forgot my sweater in the room. I remember it 100 % I called them immediately in 30-40 since I left and I checked out . They couldn't reach housekeeper all the time when I called . It’s insane service I ever had. I left my phone number to call me back . No one called back even once . I called them every day for a week. They either said they couldn't find it or couldn't reach the housekeeper that work for them . Really . Couldt believe it. They kept me calling them back and forth. I knew for sure that I left it in the room my sweater. Expensive Italian sweater that was stolen. But what surprised me was that they promised to call back and never did. The next week I called and asked to talk to the manager. He's never at work . . The manager is also hotel owner . He never called me back either. Be careful about this place . If you forget something there it will disappear for sure . Reception and manager ( owner ) don’t care . No one will deal with it. Terrible unprofessional service .If management has any conscience could call me . I left them my number few times. Never hear anything back about my situation.

    The NEW OWNER has done a great job of getting the standards back up to par. He was smart enough to keep the best guy from the old regime! Aaron does a great job at the desk during the day,They have definitely improved the breakfast. You can now get orange juice every day. They have coffee available 24 hours a day. They now have a new source for fruit, which is a great touch. If I am writing a late night report, I don't want to drive 3 miles to a Walmart for a snack. I can run down to the breakfast area and get an apple, orange or a banana. A very nice convenience!THE iMPROVEMENTS HAVE BEEN GREAT! ENJOY!

    The hotel is undergoing renovations that are a minor inconvenience. The staff is responsive. The room is adequate and clean. I would probably not stay here again - just not the quality I expect.
