  Amazing time in Turkey 🇹🇷

  This place is just amazing me and my partner went for a week, first time here at this hotel. It was very quiet and relaxing, you could not ask for anything more. The staff are friendly and helpful and just could not do anything more for you. The penthouse was clean and tidy we had a problem with a light which they just sorted out right away. The food was great ok was on the expensive side but we get it inflation has hit all over the world. We made some friends with the bar staff which was great and the spa was brilliant just what you need after working for 3 years straight. I can’t thank you all enough for making this holiday happen for us. See you all next year.

  Beautiful environment, calm and quiet pool, amazing staff

  My friend and I went for a week where I also celebrated my birthday. The hotel is just perfect for relaxing and chilling with very friendly and kind staff, a lovely big room and beautiful views. We always got a cabana by the pool and it's beautifully peaceful with a nice breeze and the view of the mountains around you. We had a hammam and massage in the spa which was excellent value and incredibly relaxing. A special mention to Ceyhan from the spa who was so friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, checking if we needed anything and kindly allowing us to use the spa for a shower on our last day as our transfer was not until 7pm. Thank you!It is very easy to get taxis down to Olu Deniz and Hisaronu for livelier evenings and big range of restaurants and bars! We also visited the water park via taxi (the shuttle service was not running when we were there) and that was good fun especially as it is free!Just one thing to mention - we did not know that the traffic to Olu Deniz is very heavy during the day almost every day - if you plan to visit the beach make sure you head out early, most likely before 9am. There is no traffic in the evenings for dinner however.

  Amazing hotel, superb rooms and pool area. Staff couldn't be more helpful. Hotel only has around 20 rooms so there is always space around the pool. More expensive to eat and drink here, but the relaxed atmosphere and luxurious pool area more than makes up for that. Tried various things on the snacks and ala carte menu throughout our stay all of which was delicious. Breakfast was a fresh buffet style selection of meats, cheese, breads, fruit and spreads, you could also order omelette's or fried eggs etc. Again all delicious! Shoukd you wish to venture out it was a quick taxi ride into the main strip. You could also attend the associated Water Park but we didn’t do this.

  Peaceful and quiet. Staff are very friendly specially Yasar. Clean rooms and good food in the restaurant. I was really enjoyed my stay there. It’s worth the money %100. The pool was amazing. The restaurant has a live music every Friday night. Strongly recommended

  Beautiful hotel let down by small things

  We stayed in the junior swim up suite. We shared a pool with 3 other rooms and had our own sun loungers right outside. The main pool has comfy canopy beds. Fresh towels were on the loungers when we woke up every day. There was a table and chair and also an egg chair which was a lovely touch. We had an upstairs with a balcony, lounge and “bar” set up which we didn’t use too often. The downstairs was very spacious, with a lounge, jacuzzi and a TV that came out of a unit at the bottom of the bed. However, the remote to control the TV moving up and down in the unit had fallen down the gap so we couldn’t put the TV down. We noticed this halfway into our stay when the TV went halfway down by itself and we had to use a coat hanger to press the remote. The bed was large and comfy, air con was also a bonus. Breakfast was very average. A wide variety of fruit, veg, cheese and nuts. The variety of breads/pastries were poor and the hot food selection was poor, only had 6 things to choose from. However, you can order extra from the kitchen including pancakes and omelettes, but there isn’t a menu for this, we had to guess based on what other diners were eating. The food menu for lunch or snacks was a decent size, your usual pizzas, wraps, burgers etc. All made to a nice standard. It was my partners 30th birthday whilst we were away and I messaged the hotel on WhatsApp to arrange a cake for him and breakfast on the terrace that morning. This came at an extra cost which was no problem. The cake was absolutely beautiful and they even brought us free wine and fruit. Cleaning in the room was not up to standard. The bathroom never got cleaned properly, multiple stains left in the sink and shower every day from shaving cream, moisturiser etc. We ordered drinks from the bar most days and these glasses were always left in our room, never taken away. On one occasion, I accidentally dropped a glass, the maid came to clean it up and told us to leave the tray of broken glass outside with our other glasses, it was there for 2 days before somebody took it away. We ordered room service on our first night, the tray with left over food was still in the room over 24 hours later, despite asking the maid to take it and calling reception. Upon leaving, my partner checked all the cupboards drawers and found some old pants that were not ours on a shelf we didn’t use!! Absolutely disgusting!!! The hotel itself is in the middle of nowhere. Very peaceful and relaxing. It takes around 10-15 mins to get to oludeniz beach and hisaronu and around 30 mins to get to some beach clubs (SeaMe and So beach). Taxis were fairly cheap, around 500tL for 15 mins. There are no supermarkets nearby so definitely stock up when you go into town! There is a waterpark around 5 mins away that is free to Orka guests, we walked there which took around 20 mins but would not recommend on the dusty roads. There are no paths other than in the main towns so walking anywhere isn’t very accessible. Overall, a beautiful hotel but the small things such as poor cleaning and breakfast let it down.
