The entertainment team are amazing forget the rest

The entertainment team are amazing they make this hotel they work so hard and are so friendly if it wasn’t for them this would be a really bad two weeks. Unfortunately the food is basic and I found it hard to find decent food to eat it was very hit or miss and very repetitive. The same baked potato fillings for the whole holiday were served. The rooms smell of damp and we had to pay £800 to upgrade our rooms on arrival as they were far too small for 3 people my 16 year old son would have had to sleep on a tiny pull out single chair if we didn’t pay to get a better room. The hotel is small and I’ve not heard great things about the à la carte so think I’d rather pay to go and eat out in the closest town. I’d not come to this area again in general. The restaurant and bar staff and entertainment team also the spa are fantastic they are the only good thing about the place.

We had the best holiday here again and all the staff are fantastic and the entertainment staff are absolutely amazing and make the whole families holidays memorable and the entertainment staff KAI… RHAY…FATIH and all the others you are all so lovely and thankyou for all the fun this week….The food is beautiful and all day long and tastes for everyone….Thankyou we will be back in May and hoping you guys are all here this season too ????Cheryl….Lee…Chloe…Luke
