    Fantastic start to the holiday staff very polite so welcoming and very knowledgeable. TJ and team in the spa are amazing exceptional service. We had the full massage and the kids too and we have a fantastic time. Pictures in the Turkish bath with bubbles was a great souvenir. The pomegranate tea is unreal and feel so refreshing. What an experience as never been to Turkey but after have a taster it feels good incredible.

    We had an amazing stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The hotel is in a great location, is clean and well looked after, and overall we had a fantastic time.A special mention has to go to Mehmet, the animator. He is so friendly, welcoming and always happy to have a chat. His pool games were honestly one of the highlights of our holiday, and we enjoyed joining in every day! You can really see how much effort and energy he puts into making sure everyone has a good time!Teddy was also brilliant with the excursions and was always there to help us with anything we needed. He even kindly lent us money when we wanted to play pool after we had accidentally left our cash in the room, which was incredibly kind of him. He also organised our trip to Paradise Beach, which was absolutely lovely and made for a really enjoyable day.The hotel also includes access to the water park, which we had a great day at and was a fantastic addition to the holiday! The hotel itself is clean, well maintained and has a lovely atmosphere. The food is pretty standard for an all-inclusive hotel — nothing particularly special, but there was enough choice. The rooms are also really nice and modern. Overall, we had a brilliant holiday and the staff, especially Mehmet really helped make our stay so enjoyable.
