Guests have a choice of 100 non-smoking rooms located in a 2-storey main building and a 3-storey auxiliary building. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. After a disastrous start at the Sunshine Holiday Resort, we were moved to Perdikia Hill, and it completely saved our holiday! We had an amazing time. The staff were absolutely lovely and couldn't do enough for us. There was a fantastic choice of food and drink, and the entertainment was brilliant. We loved every minute of our stay and are already looking to book again for next year!

Firstly it’s not in Oleduniz, it’s above Ovacik, which you can reach by going down 2 steep hills - remember it’s 2 steep hills walk back up!. Arrived just after 9, told no food available. We were given the wrong room!. Swapped with Brother in law so no biggie, TV worked until I tried to change channel, couldn’t get anything there after. A/C was really good. 2 double beds in room, safe had to be rented - old fashioned key type (which we had to hide, so not ideal). Room was clean but bathroom was dirty, smelly and needs refurb. Tbf the water pressure in the shower was OK and temperature was controllable. Breakfast was exactly the same everyday although on one day they made pancakes. Lunch and Dinner were pretty much the same everyday, the hotel is mainly filled with Turkish guests who grab huge plates of everything in just put in middle of table for all to share. So freshly cooked BBQ food disappeared as soon as was put out. If you are vegetarian your love the food here. Beer was served in decent sized plastic beakers - cocktails you have to pay for. They don’t tell you to collect water from the pool bar for your room so we brought some from local shop. Would have probably ate out more but restaurants are expensive now. Especially in oleduniz. Had night out with Brother in law, beers and cocktails expensive as well now.Pool area is dangerous - slides are a free for all when on, adults are worse than kids! Animation team work socks off, but no bar near to stage for evening shows.My opinion - is hotel as bad as some reviews - No I don’t think so, but again my opinion. Is it 4 Star, no at best 3, Do staff do best and are welcoming - Yes, even the head chef made himself available. Would I stay again - it’s too far out for me, it’s too remote and too steep. Better than the first place I stayed in oleduniz but worse than where I stayed in Mamaris.If you want a bit of luxury stay somewhere else.

Unhygienic and food poisoning.

Food was awful? Uncooked chicken placed overlapping cooked chicken before handing the cooked chicken out. The pool/restaurant toilets had poo smeared down the walls for over 5 days and we all came home with food poisoning. Another guest also had to go to hospital for cellulitis two days running and the hospital apparently told him it was likely due to the pool. It is VERY slippy around the pool, we saw a lot of people fall over during our stay. Lovely complex but we had to eat out most days as the food was that bad. Stupidly ate at the hotel the day before we flew home. Area is lovely, the cable cars are perfect, Olu deniz and Baganda are lovely too. I would recommend the area but never recommend this hotel.
