    Such a good hotel in spite of bad comments

    We planned a last second journey and without reading comments or investing so much, booked this hotel on the sugestion of a operator in an online hotel reservation. After that and paying non-refoundable money, we read the comments and thought that we will have a horrible weekend. After visiting hotel, it was very nice in spite of low price. It has a very good pool, nice staff, very delicious foods. Rooms are good and clean but old. Labatory and bath tube are almost new and very clean. If you buy all-inclusive service, they will give you a very delicious luch cosist of appetizer, main course and dessert. All the day free alcoholic and non-alc are included.To conclude in the peice range it is exceptional choice.

    Average Hotel, far from city center but it has a great view although my room had very poor view.breakfast & dinner were good.The hotel located in a very high place so walking to it is difficult &almost all of the staff only speak Turkish

    While I knew prior to arriving this was a budget hotel. I was shocked by what greeted us. I don’t think any maintenance has been done for years. We had no hot water coming out of the taps ‘AT ALL’ for two days. Photos added will speak for themselves to complete review. Not to mention heartbreak hill 🥵

    This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! It is beyond tired! Carpets and curtains are stained, mould in the bathroom and on the curtains, beds are uncomfortable the all inclusive bar is poorly stocked with poor quality drinks (soft and alcoholic!) I was traveling with my partner and her 15 year old son, we we placed in a tiny room all 3 single beds pushed together. The patio door wouldn't close and I was told by the member of staff that I had to lift it! We tried to explain that the runner was broken! We arrived at 5am there wasn't even a bottle of water in the room! We continuously had to ask for clean towels and for our room to be cleaned. We managed to change our room to one slightly bigger which helped somewhat! There was no hot water especially in the morning which meant a quick splash of the vital areas only! All in all this has been an awful experience. We did not use the all inclusive facility we had paid for and ate out for all if our meals . I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy!

    We had a very good deal on booking.com, and cannot complain. Room was old but clean and spacious. Staff could only speak Turkish, but nothing that we did not solve. Breakfast was simple because we went out of season. Otherwise, they serve a buffett.
