We love the Ramada staff are so helpful Hali lovely man all the reception staff are very helpful will do anything for you . The only thing is the towels being left on the sun beds very early in the morning also could do with some entertainment and hotel is a wee bit tired but we are book up for next year can’t wait .

It is a lovely hotel , I'm here on bed and breakfast I've only been here 1 day , everybody is saying how much food they give you al e cart I don't want al e cart I just want to buy myself a meal I went to reception to ask if i could just book dinner for me I can get a lovely meal at home in the range of £20 to £25 for a meal here just for myself £40 it's not a 5* hotel it's run of the mill 3* maybe 4.* at a push but £40 for 1 meal for a single person that means £80 if your a couple , first day I will never come here again , views are stunning lovely room but prices are extortionate well OTT

Loved: We thought the variety at breakfast was excellent, along with that at dinner. The staff were extremely helpful regarding my nut allergy and were always on hand to help me with this. The external pool and bar area was lovely with the most amazing views and a lovely choice of mellow music played around the wonderful infinity pool. We didn't have a swim up pool room but these looked really nice and when we return ( which we will ) I think we will treat ourselves to one of these. The rooms were lovely and always cleaned daily to a high standard. The value of this hotel was fantastic and we really liked the taxi button situated right outside, with taxis arriving in minutes after pressing this. It is worth taking the hotel bus to Sugar Beach and taking advantage of a day or two there, again a very chilled experience. Our whole stay here here was made top notch by the truly amazing staff, always super friendly and helpful and, whilst they really all were wonderful, we have to pick out Sinem on front desk and Samet in the restaurant. Truly outstanding and lovely people that we were sad to say goodbye to :-( Thank you to all for a fabulous four night stay xNote: I don't believe that anything could actually be made better by the hotel aside from, as in the world over, trying to find some way to stop people reserving their sunbeds at 7am and then leaving them empty for a few hours. This is a minor critique that it would be lovely if someone could address ( everywhere! ) but it will not stop us returning!
