Yorumu yapan kişi, otel kurallarını açıkça ihlal ederek odaya dışarıdan 4 misafiri gizlice almış ve yüksek sesle müzik eşliğinde parti yapmak istemiştir. Bu durum, diğer konuklarımızı ciddi şekilde rahatsız etmiş ve çok sayıda şikayete neden olmuştur.Otel yönetimi, tüm misafirlerimizin huzur ve güvenliği için duruma müdahale etmek zorunda kalmıştır. Kurallarımız herkes için geçerlidir ve bu kuralların ihlaline kesinlikle tolerans gösterilmemektedir.Söz konusu misafir, daha önce de otelimizde konaklamış ve giriş işlemleri öncesinde özellikle bu tür davranışlara karşı uyarılarak yalnızca şartlı konaklama hakkı tanınmıştır. Ancak maalesef, bu uyarılara rağmen müdahale gerektiren uygunsuz davranışları sürdürmüştür.Otelimizin tüm misafirlerine karşı sorumluluğu gereği, bu tür durumlara kesin ve kararlı şekilde müdahale etmeye devam edeceğimizi belirtmek isteriz.The comment made by Mr. Hasan does not reflect the truth. The guest in question clearly violated hotel policies by secretly bringing four non-registered visitors into the room and attempting to host a party with loud music. This caused serious disturbance to other guests and led to multiple complaints.Hotel management was therefore obligated to intervene in order to ensure the peace and safety of all our guests. Our rules apply equally to everyone, and we have zero tolerance for any violations.Mr. Hasan had previously stayed at our hotel and was explicitly warned about such behavior before check-in. He was allowed to stay under conditional accommodation. Unfortunately, despite these clear warnings, he continued with inappropriate behavior that required our intervention.As a hotel, we are committed to protecting the comfort and well-being of all our guests, and we will continue to take firm action in such cases.

  Great little hotel only 10min walk to all local bars & restaurant’s. The staff are really friendly and great pool & pool bar.

  Nothing bad to say in all honesty. First visit to Turkey and after a stay at this lovely hotel it definitely wont be the last. Lots of sun loungers every day around a great pool area which was clean and relaxing. Pool bar served lovely snacks throughout the day and into evening.Not to everyone's liking I know, but the cats at the hotel were friendly and not a bit of trouble. Staff were all friendly and helpful and location was within a 10 minute walk to the beach, restaurants and bars.A visit to Fethiye was a great trip but nice to return to Calis Beach area. Will definitely be returning to this fab hotel, thanks for a great holiday

  This is no more than a 2 star venue.The hotel is very basic, looks tired and could do with updating but it is nice and clean. Pool area is also nice. I was taken by surprise that there was no kettle, iron/ironing board available in the room and expected to pay for any ironing. Only complimentary water available on the first day and then you have to buy your own. There was Migros supermarket nearby so we just purchased from there.The rooms do not have a WiFi signal which is disappointing I had to buy a data package.Wi-fi signal is very weak and can only be reached around the pool or communal areas.The waiting/bar/cleaning staff are very nice, polite and helpful.The hotel is a ten minute walk from the beach but you need to cross a very busy dual carriageway to get to the beach. They don’t allow you to use their towels at the pool or beach and there are signs to not bring food in to the hotel which I think was ridiculous. However we ignored it and did buy our own snacks.You have to request and pay for the use of the safe in your room (10 euros a week)which is a silly as the safe is in the room anyway. So you pay for the use of a key. Seems all money making tactic.The beds were acceptable although I found the mattress a bit too soft and not ideal if you have back problems. The mini fridge was never cool enough to cool our drinks. We had a lovely holiday other than those few issues. I don’t think I would consider this venue again.

  Definitely no more than a 3-star venue.The hotel is quite basic but nice and clean. Pool area nice. Could have a few more sunbeds to accommodate all the guests. If everyone stayed around the pool and the hotel was full there would not be enough.Wi-fi signal is very weak and can only be reached around the pool or communal areas. Not in our room. Could hang over the balcony and sometimes pick it up!!The waiting/bar/cleaning staff are very nice. Polite and helpful. Cleaning staff seem to be working non-stop.The hotel is only a ten minute walk from the beach. But you need to cross a very busy dual carriageway to get to the beach. Noise from the road can be annoying of a night. Would not like to cross with small children.You have to request and pay for the use of the safe in your room (10 euros a week)which is a bit ridiculous as the safe is in the room anyway. So you pay for the use of a key.Beware - the evening meals on offer are really expensive. They are randomly advertised on the day on a blackboard by the pool with no price. We only found out how much they cost when we were settling our account/checking out. And were shocked!!!!!We did have a lovely holiday but just a few tweaks are needed for us to consider returning.
