Beautiful hotel Beautiful location with amazing beachLovely staff all over All inclusive was very good Rooms were nice, clean and large (ours in block 10 a bit of a walk away but no issue for us) Tennis courts were nice Gardens well maintained and kept Great holiday overall. Would love to be back but understand that they have been bought out and are not taking new bookings. This hotel does not meet not only the concept of premium hotels, but also the amenities found in other hotels in the Rixos Premium line.Food:Unlike regular hotels, the premium concept should be distinguished by the variety of the menu and the quality of the dishes.In this hotel:- There are no stations offering various cuisines from around the world (Italy, Japan, etc.);- The fruits are not fresh, there are no berries;- There are no smoothies; freshly squeezed juices are diluted;- There is no red fish for breakfast;- There are few dairy products, no cereals, no cheesecakes;- There are no expensive cheeses;- There is no seafood;- The desserts are like those in a 3-star hotel: no mousse cakes, no macarons, and there is no halva for breakfast.- the coffee in the Starbucks coffee shop is watery, the cooking technology is not followed;- the food is cold.Number :- dental kit, body lotion, washcloths are not provided (all on request);- the minibar is partially replenished;- 2 towels per person.On-site service:- the hotel staff is not customer-oriented, they do not show interest or a desire to help guests:- the tables are dirty;- you have to wait a long time for a waiter at the pool and the beach;- it has not yet been possible to contact the hotel manager.Non-compliance with the premium concept:- the food is of poor quality and monotonous;- there are no detox drinks;- there are no exclusive desserts;- there are no stations offering cuisines from around the world or catering for people with dietary restrictions.- there are no QR codes with menus on the beach and by the poolThus, the hotel does not meet the declared category. One of the Best Hotels We Have Ever Stayed In

We recently stayed at Rixos Premium Göcek and had a fantastic time from start to finish. It is genuinely one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in, and we would happily return.The food was excellent, with plenty of choice and a consistently high standard throughout our stay. Whether eating at the main restaurants or enjoying the other food and drink options around the resort, we were never disappointed.What really stood out, though, was the staff. They were probably the best we have ever encountered at a hotel. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive, while still being warm and genuine. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble.The entire resort was spotlessly clean. The rooms, restaurants, pool areas and grounds were all maintained to an exceptionally high standard, which really added to the overall experience.The location is perfect. The resort is beautifully situated in Göcek, with its stunning coastline and easy access to the town. Göcek town itself is relatively quiet during the day but really comes alive in the evening, with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops. It is also within easy walking distance from the hotel, which was ideal.One of our highlights was taking the free hotelwater taxi to private Secret Beach. The journey itself was enjoyable, and the beach was beautiful, with incredibly clear water that was perfect for swimming.The complimentary half-day boat trip was another great experience. We enjoyed swimming in the sea, relaxing on the boat and having drinks included throughout the trip. It was a fantastic way to spend a few hours and was a lovely added benefit of staying at the resort.One small tip for future guests:if you tend to get bitten by mosquitoes, make sure you bring plenty of repellent and cover up, particularly in the evenings. This didn't detract from our holiday, but it's definitely something worth being prepared for.OverallWe had an absolutely fantastic stay at Rixos Premium Göcek. Excellent food, exceptional staff, beautiful surroundings, great facilities and a fantastic location made this a holiday we will remember for a long time.Without hesitation, one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Hotel, rooms, swimming pools and gardens fine.Limited choice of restaurants in all inclusive and food limited and poor.No toilets in the main evening restaurant.
