  1st time at sahra su hotel and will definitely will be returning here again. We stayed down in the swim up villas and they was brilliant with young children. Food at the hotel is good you will always find something to eat even if your a picky eater. There is a lack of toilets outside the pool and bar area so that's something that needs addressing. The staff at the restaurant are brilliant, so friendly and.good with the children and always very fast.Entertainment: honestly the Entertainment are honestly amazing, always got a smile.for you and are amazing with the children. We have got to know Carlos, Oscar and destiny lots over the 2 weeks and couldn't ask more of them they have been amazing ??   Excellent hotel, best entertainment!

  Awesome holiday with the family. The hotel is excellent and we really loved the swim up bungalows which I would reccomend. The staff are all really friendly and helpful. The restaurant food is good and there is always something to eat and the waiters are very attentive and bring you drinks quickly and clear the plates away as soon as you finish. The entertainment team are excellent, Carlos, Oscar and Destiny, very funny and friendly and do not pressure anybody to get involved but always offer you to take part. Some of the professional shows arethe best I have seen at any hotel I have been to. Would totally reccomend the hotel and will be back again!!!!   Location is quiet but not that far away(20 min walk,5 in taxi) if want the nightlife.Always friendly and welcoming Atmosphere from all members of staff, Onur and Emrah especially, who go out there way to make sure everyone's stay is as good/comfortable as possible. The rooms are always spotless with cleaning 6/7 days including towel changes if required. Love the little touches of complimentary soap, body wash,shampoo, nail file, shower cap,cotton tips and sewing kit. Never had any issues getting lounger round main pool.We've a picky eater and always finds something to eat at every meal.For the area it's definitely the best value around.   Expecting Better, Shame

  The staff at this hotel are generally excellent and likely the main reason people return; the management, on the other hand, not so much.We were shown to our room through a standard PVC door and along some patched-up carpet in the corridor (room 306—avoid this room and the others on the ground floor in this block). Upon entering, the room was dated but clean. However, the bed throw had cigarette burns, and the spare single bed had what looked like blood stains on it.We booked a double room but had clearly been given a twin room pushed together, evidenced by the light switches and plug sockets positioned right behind one of our pillows (which made it very easy to accidentally switch the light on).These issues were minor in comparison to the constant noise: the banging PVC door, people walking past, kids running, and loud conversations right outside.We spoke to reception and the guest relations manager the following day and were flatly told the hotel was completely full and they couldn't move us. Halfway through our stay (Saturday), a large group of new guests arrived late in the evening, which made it obvious that room turnover was happening and they simply couldn't be bothered to accommodate us.The food was generally pretty good compared to most other all-inclusive hotels. There were quite a few stray cats wandering around, which became a bit annoying during meal times.Location-wise, it is a decent walk into Hisarönü town—about 30 minutes at a brisk pace.Management: please restrict access so that guests not staying in those rooms (304–307 I think) cannot use that corridor as a shortcut, and please install a proper, sound-dampening door.   Staff made the holiday (mostly)

  Recently stayed at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make the holiday, especially the waiting staff who absolutely loved seeing our daughter every time we went for food. The food wasn't the best but definitely wasn't the worst we've had at other all inclusives. You will find something to eat. The cleaner was brilliant and always made sure our room was tidy especially with 2 small babies she had a lot of work to do. Unfortunately I wouldn't say this hotel is good for small children as the mini club wasn't the best. The swing in the park was broken, hardly any toys for the children to play with and unfortunately the girl who was running the club would rather be on her phone than actually entertaining the children. Yes most of the time it was just my daughter in there but at one time she told my daughter hang on I'll be back in a minute then proceeded to answer her phone and disappear. She still didn't return after half an hour while my husband played with our daughter and this wasn't a one time thing.Don't get me wrong when she was there she was attentive, but it seemed as if she jumped on any excuse to leave and didn't keep on with the advertised tasks either. Face painting was non existent, nor was the supposed dance party. And to make it worse it was closed and locked tight in the middle of the day when many kids mine included were most active.
