Location

This hotel enjoys a great location in the centre of Ölüdeniz, just 5 minutes' walk from the beautiful beach (100 m) and the resort's shops, nightspots and restaurants (100 m). The impressive Baba Mountain looms close by with paragliders launching from its summit. There is local transport running regularly from the resort of Hisarönü, the market town of Fethiye (17 km), and Saklıkent Ancient City (52 km), all of which are worth a visit. Dalaman Airport is just 60 km away.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 206 rooms, including 10 suites and 132 double rooms, located in a 2-storey main building and several auxiliary buildings. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand, a TV room, a playroom and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the mountain view from a balcony or terrace. Rooms have a double bed or a sofa bed. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. For guests' convenience, units include a refrigerator, a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. Other features include a direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a plug adapter and WiFi (no extra charge). Slippers are included. A hairdryer and a vanity mirror are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. Cosmetic products and a selection of towels provide additional comfort in the bathrooms. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The hotel has family rooms, non-smoking rooms and smoking rooms.

Sport

Plenty of active recreation awaits guests in the pool area's 2 outdoorpools. No matter the weather, swimming is always a possible in the indoor pool. There is also a special swimming area just for kids. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. There is a poolside snack bar as well. Those who wish to stay active while on holiday can enjoy on-site bocce. For a fee, tennis is also available. With water aerobics and aquafit available, the hotel also caters to water sports enthusiasts. Guests can enjoy a wide range of indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, billiards, darts and callisthenics. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam, a beauty salon and a solarium. Subject to charge: massage treatments. Additional leisure activities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, live music, a dance club and a nightclub.

Meals

The dining area includes a bar. Guests can dine at the non-smoking restaurant, which includes a separate area for smokers (high chairs are available). All-inclusive can be booked. All-inclusive holidaymakers enjoy special extras like snacks, in addition to a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction.

    This is the loudest hotel i have ever been to!! There is nothing chilled or relaxing about the place - there is banging dance music from 10am until 11.30pm - our kids are going back exhausted as they haven’t been able to sleep before 11.30 pm - tired children = emotional children = grumpy parents!! Such a shame as the hotel is lovely, beautiful setting, food is fine for l what we paid. Drinks are good. The beach is beautiful, just can not get over the constant noise. I’m sure if kids were older it would be great I’m sure.     Amazing hotel for kids, adults, couples and families.

    After our stay at Sundia we are amazed and still one of the best hotels in olu deniz. The location is great, close to the beach and the main strip it you fancy drinks and food outside of the hotel.The Atmosphere is everything you need and require for a family holiday, the staff are friendly and welcoming even as far as the cleaning staff in the mornings. You couldn't ask for a better welcome.Rooms are very clean and overdone a revamp since our last visit. They contain everything you need, hair dryer, shower, fridge and small safe to use if need be. Refreshments are filled every morning along with tea and coffee supplies and a kettle.The pool is a grand size, and never seems full because of this. There's also an adults only pool, small kids pool, and inside pool at the spa.On site photographer, and small shop just off the main entrance. The restaurant have themed nights, and the snack bar is available through the day at certain times which is good for food to order such as pizzas, fajitas, burgers and pastas.Large range of drinks, including cocktails on the all inclusive. Wide range selection and premium beers if you wish to pay a little extra. Slushies all day for kids, and ice cream stand.There's also a free shuttle bus that takes you upto the blue lagoon suncity beach club that's free entrance while being a guest at the hotel. Price isn't the best for food and drink here. But its a nature spot, and what comes with that alone is worth the visit. Overall id highly recommend, and already booked in for next year's trip.     We had the chance to stay at Sundia By Liberty Suncity last week, and I can honestly say that everything has improved so much compared to previous years. The rooms seem completely renovated — modern, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. Housekeeping did an amazing job every day, and the hygiene standards throughout the hotel were excellent.One of the best parts of our stay was the staff. From the reception team to the restaurant, bar, and housekeeping staff, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. They truly make you feel like a valued guest rather than just another customer.The animation and entertainment team also deserves special praise this year. The daily activities were fun and well organized, while the evening shows were enjoyable and full of energy. Compared to before, the entertainment quality has become much more professional and enjoyable for both adults and children.The food variety, atmosphere, and overall organization of the hotel were also excellent. You can really feel that the hotel has been refreshed and improved in every aspect. As someone who has visited before, I can confidently say that everything is much better than it used to be.     Our stay at sundia by liberty suncity

    We have just spent 7 days at this hotel and found it a very nice and clean hotel with everything you need to make your holiday relaxed and chilled but also fun and entertaining if that’s what you like.We feel it’s a perfect location in olu deniz as your far away enough from the loud strip that it doesn’t become too much but also close enough to the shops and beach for all your holiday needs. We spent most of the time by the adult pool (16+) so found the atmosphere to be really chilled and quiet throughout the day. The evenings were also chilled in the restaurant and by the pool bar. One downside for us was our experience with the (private beach) which we found wasn’t quite private with 20+ people I’m assuming on a tour filming everywhere. You also had to pay extra for drinks and food. But was a lovely view and location on the blue lagoon. Our room was a jacuzzi room and found it was the perfect space, was also cleaned regularly with fresh towels and sun bed towels.We found the pillows were the only downside as they were rock hard.The service from all the staff including the waiters and entertainment staff were spot on and really friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
