    Staff are brilliant.So hard working in every area. So nice and helpful. Food good.METE entertainment manager had a laugh quite abit with my husband Cliff. Such a fun person.Also special mention to lady who left Cliff wine and apples for his birthday then later got a heart cake in the room.Thankyou so much.We ate outside at your turkish restaurant that Thursday his 75th 21st may. The lady there made it special too.2 people in restaurant knew i wanted my coffee weak and always remenbered so thankyou.Sorry dont know names.Entertainment is good but what put me off was the constant smoking and also why sooo late starting at 930 pm.I think most people were sitting waiting since 830.     I’ve just returned from my second holiday at this fabulous hotel, and I can honestly say it was another brilliant stay. The staff are superb, from the waiters and bar staff to the cleaners, all are professional, friendly, and always happy to help, with smiles on their faces. Nothing is ever too much trouble.The hotel is absolutely spotless and maintained to an exceptionally high standard of cleanliness. The food is very good, and the nightly entertainment is enjoyable too.What really makes this hotel special is how peaceful and relaxing it is. The atmosphere is wonderful, and all the guests I encountered were respectful and considerate of one another.I would definitely recommend this hotel and will certainly be returning again soon.     Perfect location! Lovely hotel.

    My first Solo trip away!I arrived late at night and the music at the hotel was so loud. I was over tired and a bit emotional as it was my first time alone! I told the porter I couldn't stay in the room with the noise, reception called me and upgraded me to a new room. This room was also noisy, but I settled in to sleep after an incredibly long day. The entertainment manager did catch up with me during my stay and explained the music stops at about 10:30 each night. Which it did. And do you know after a good nights sleep I actually felt terrible for complaining, and I apologised to the manager when we spoke! Everyone is on holiday and entitled to an evening out, I was just very overtired from the travel and overwhelmed. So bare in mind if you arrive late, it may be a biy noisy. After the entertainment finishes everything is nice and quiet! But remember people are on holiday to have fun too.The room was really lovely and the mini bar was stocked daily. However there were no spirits ever left in the fridge, local lager and soft drinks. Water is also provided and restocked daily. The cleaning staff were so nice and friendly, I had a lovely hug from one of them one morning! The turkish bath was amazing, highly recommend! Lovely ladies performing the treatments.Pool towels are provided and you can collect them from the spa area each morning and are readily available.Pool staff are great! It was very early in the season so the pools were a little chilly and not many people wanted to take part, but they were not pushy at all; which left the atmosphere around the pool nice and relaxed. The pool and bar staff are Friendly and happy to have a chat!Bar staff at the pool were great and remembered your drinks orders! Food was really very good at lunch times, breakfast was also lovely with a good selection for everyone. I ate out with a friend each evening, so not able to comment on evening meals, but people I spoke with said they were lovely and recommended the Italian.The location of the hotel is perfect! Right on the beach with amazing views. Definitely 5 star for the location alone! And for the price I paid for the early season it was very good value.I would definitely stay here again, and have already been looking for October this year!Thanks for my first Solo Experience!     This hotel and the resort of Calis really does capture your heart.It's relaxed vibe and fantastic hard working staff really gives this hotel a first class thumbs up. Rooms are clean and modern and your fridge is topped up daily , free of charge. You may pay a little more for this holiday but the quality and services you recieve is 5 star.Cleaning staff work extremely hard and there is no mess left about.
