  I have never stayed in somewhere as awful as this hotel, it is appalling. I would have left immediately had I not arrived at 1am after a long flight. We couldn't hear the receptionist over the noise of the band playing and music did not stop until 5am. Drunk people tried to get into my room. I had to stack luggage against the door as the lock didn't work correctly. It was filthy beyond comprehension with a vent between bathrooms to allow you to hear EVERYTHING going on next door. Air con scarcely worked, stains down doors, walls and table top. Ancient furniture, shower without a shower head, just a tap in the wall really. As for breakfast, just don't. This was the poorest attempt at breakfast I've ever seen in Turkey, stale bread, a few olives, mystery meat and a few boiled eggs pass as breakfast here. Outside had rat droppings, an outdoor bar full of broken furniture and old computers, outdoor toilets which I challenge anyone to walk in and not throw up as the smell of urine was beyond belief, no soap or towels. Staff were non existent and when they were there were on their phones. The outdoor veranda ceilings were falling in (see photos), broken tiles and rubbish stacked on roofs.This hotel is filthy, unsafe for anyone especially families or lone travellers and frankly should be shut down with immediate effect. I simply cannot understand why it has the rating it does.

  Dirty, loud, awful 1 night stay.

  We stayed in this hotel for one night and had we not arrived after midnight we would have left immediately. We were greeted with a live band which was so loud it was impossible to hear what the receptionist was saying. The stair light came on for roughly 5 seconds before switching off. The lift was broken and found our way in the dark to our rooms. The room for me and my 14yr old was above the bar where the band played until around 2am and was followed by loud music.There were a constant stream of people returning noisily to their rooms all night. Twice people tried to get into our room as they drunkenly thought they were at their own room. The lock on our door was flimsy to say the least and my daughter was terrified that someone would get in. The wall vent in the bathroom led directly into next door’s bathroom so when the person next door returned at around 5am and started vomiting they may as well have been in the room with us. We finally gave up trying to sleep when the bottle bins from the bar downstairs were emptied. The curtains were sheer so the room was also in bright daylight by this point.I have absolutely no idea how this hotel is rated as well as it is. The downstairs areas are dark, dirty and generally not maintained. The poolside bar has clearly not been open for a long time and was used for storing rubbish. There were rusty, unsafe light fittings on the poolside.Please look at the photos I've uploaded - this is what the hotel looks like in reality!

  Although we didn’t stay at the hotel, 16 of us pre booked the restaurant for a night out to watch a live band.Music very good.Venue good,Drinks service good (watch your bill)Food service was awful, when we arrived we were the only ones there, choice was from a set menu and took over 2 hours to arrive, many meals not edible.Such a shame,…

  A lovely hotel, in a great location and with some of the nicest staff we have encountered for many years.The rooms are average size and although the bathroom is small - it is very clean with plenty hot water and facilities.The breakfast (traditional Turkish) is very nice and the baked items / cakes are lovely.The pool is clean and area around it spacious, with adequate sunbeds.Bar is perfect for watching the world go by and the staff were great.Only about 50m from the beach / seafront - brilliant location.We will be back.

  I used etstur app to book my two nights in Kerim Otel, i was sl satisfied with the quality/price. The hotel was perfectly situated in çaliş, the staff was so heartful and professional. the hotel was clean.
