We was recommended this hotel by our friend who had stayed here previously....and we are so glad we decided to go.The staff are lovely, friendly and helpful. The pool is so clean and so are the grounds.The staff work so hard but are always smiling and friendly. We stayed in the furthest block from the pool area and it was lovely and quiet, not that it was loud with entertainment at all.The only problem we had was the tv didn't work but when we asked about it, the reception said they would move us but we decided not to bother. We could live without it for 2 weeks.Overall we had a brilliant holiday and we met some lovely people. We will definitely be back, probably next year.Thank you for helping us to have a fab time in a lovely, clean and friendly hotel.See you soonCarl and Julie.

Amazing little hotel

Me & my sister stayed at the hotel for the last 10 days of August. The hotel has a lovely small & friendly vibe about it, we got chatting to quite a few people around the pool and spent time with them during day and on an evening and had such a laugh! The food is fine - the freshly made omelettes at breakfast time are lovely! Never struggled to find anything to eat and food is served almost all day long (there are pizzas & toasties & burgers served in afternoon if you missed lunch) & ice cream every afternoon.The hotel staff are amazing! So friendly & helpful! Especially Harry who works at the pool bar - the most loveliest guy you’ll meet, a real asset to the hotel they are lucky to have him! The all inclusive drinks choice wasn’t as extensive as other hotels I’ve been to, maybe more than 1 type of cocktail would be a good idea, although the bar staff were happy to make up whatever you asked for! There was plenty of sun loungers available - never struggled to get one at any time of day. The water slides were good fun!Evening entertainment was ok, especially the nights when the professional acts were on and the karaoke nights! The only downside for me was that the hotel room was really tiny (as was the balcony) but it was spotlessly clean, always had fresh towels.We had a fab holiday here and I will defo return to this hotel!

Lovely hotel very clean. Plenty of food choices. Every meal The waiter girls and boys so helpful nothing to much trouble , I’m on a crutch soEvery time they carried my good tou table so move Two weeks here hot to know the staff very well

My partner and I stayed here for 2 weeks in August and had a thoroughly wonderful holiday. Firstly meeting lots of guests who have stayed here previously on multiple occasions speaks volumes. The staff were all wonderful,friendly,efficient,hardworking and always ready to chat and smile. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Food was plentiful if not always to our taste but the snack bar was great. Great location and within reach of the strip that was full of restaurants and shops. Ate out a few times in different restaurants which I’ll review separately. No sunbed wars which was refreshing. Would recommend and visit again

6th visit and just as always enjoyed it the lads on the bar work so hard and Harry your a brilliant addition to the staff rooms were of there usual high standard and cleaned on a daily basis entertainment on a night slightly better it did miss Victor as his stand in wasn't the best.Now as most people were saying the food has gone down in its usual high standard repeated on numerous occasions but the Sunday dinner was mint.Snack bar was decent as always.One tip change the questions on the music quiz been the same every year weve been I'd give it 6 out of 10 this year Purley on the food some people we spoke to wouldn't return due to its decrease in quality.
