    Dated hotel in need of a good clean !! The rooms are dirty unless you accept black mould around the shower and brown stained toilets , some morning the smell of sewers is awful , and the towels are that hard they hurt when you wipe yourself ,tiny balcony with one chair and a view of waste land ! ..lots of guests who book direct at a massive discount so they chose there rooms and guests from holiday companies get the dregs ..owner hovers round the elderly guests who have been going years and sit there all day drinking and doesn’t interact with other guests verging on ignorant ..not welcoming unless you’ve been coming 20 years …can’t think of one reason why anyone would chose this hotel to stay it , I will not be back in a hurry

    Best family run hotel in hisoronu wouldn't go to any other hotel the host Tolga and his family are the best friendly and always willing to help. I travel solo and I know im always safe staying there. I meet friends who I met there in 2024 and we all love this place its home from home and papa and mamas food is lovely.

    Just got back from the Tolay Hotel in Hisaronu it's family run rooms are clean with balcony pool, bar breakfast is Turkish but you can get a full English which is really good definitely recommend value for your money, just 5 minutes walk from main strip staff excellent and friendly good with children aswell definitely going back.Thank you everyone for making my stay memorable

    Such a fabulous little hotel. The amount of repeat guests that they have says everything you need to know. We have been meeting people here since 2016 and we still see some of the people in 2024. Tolga and his family cannot do enough for you and nothing is too much trouble for him. Needed a fridge for medication, mentioned it to Tolga and it was there in the time it took us to talk to the supermarket and back. Kettle leaked, a new one appeared the next day. We hadnt even got home from our stay in May and we were already booking for next May (2025) safe to say it is now booked and we will be seeing people we class as friends and family again very soon .Cannot recommend this little family run hotel enough. It is clean and comfortable and good value for price. If you want luxury then go and pay thousands of pounds each.
