    Worst hotel ever!!!

    This is the worst hotel ever.. The AC for winter are not working theres no hairdryer and slippers the television is not working no signal at all and the matress bed is not clean..the toilet is very filty.

    Totally awful experience. I made it plain when booking that I needed a quiet room to sleep in for 6 hours as I had just traveled back from Australia non-stop and was returning to the airport to continue my journey after my stay at the hotel. I arrived at the hotel at 10am and it was locked up. A man in the next shop let me in via a keypad and I sat in the dingy lobby until gone 11 am when another female guest arrived. Eventually a young lad arrived and took us to a shabby, dirty apartment with a filthy shower where the other female traveler and I were expected to stay together! It was now past 12 o'clock with no prospect of a room in sight so I had option but to get a taxi back to the airport. I was so tired and £50 out of pocket for the 2 taxis. As a 66 year old female guest traveling alone I am totally appalled at the lack of service. Awful experience.

    I really liked my stay at the hotel. It's located very close to Taksim square and has all modern conveniences. The staff is very polite and helpful. The room is rather small but very clean and comfortable.

    A very cosy hotel in the hearth of city.Very near to taksim square and istiklal street.Helpfull and friendly staff.Very clean and nice decorated rooms with attached wc.Clean and fresh towels.Rooms are air conditioned.If small room and space doesnt couse a problem for you it is very reasonable!A small refrigerator cattle and glasses are also provided.The hotel was an old traditional house. There isnt an elevator in the hotel.

    35 Tam is really the best place to stay in Istanbul. It is close to all the sites that were on our list of must sees. Our host was really helpful and friendly, the room was clean and spacious, super comfortable. I will definitely go back!!!
