    This hotel is a SCAM! Stay AWAY!!! They stole our money, they didnt refund it back, and other than that the hotel is FILTHY and disgusting, super dirty and all the pics u see are fake. The people working at the front desk are super RUDE, they talked to me and my husband in the worst manner and nothing was right. We literally left the next day from how uncomfortable, disrespectful, super not clean and a scam this hotel was! STAY AWAY! SCAM HOTEL

    First of all, this is NOT a 4* hotel, in fact it is not even 3* by European standards andy whole experience was a big disappointment.The hotel is dark and smells really badly of cigarettes (non-smoking hotel), all in all not appealing at all and it caters mostly nationals.The room was of a decent size, two beds pushed together rather than king size bed as requested. The linen did not fit and the pillows were somewhat regular.The TV had more than 40 channels, but unfortunately all in Turkish. The bathroom was very small and non-functional, there was not even a rack or a shelf to place toiletries and was not cleaned properly for years (see photos). The breakfast was just acceptable, and apart of Turkish dishes, nothing really eatable. As a person with intolerance, had to bring my own bread. Moreover, the breakfast costs 5/6 € (not worth the extra) and it is not free as mentioned on this web. The staff nearly spoke any languages, although the receptionist knew some English. I used to stay in Istanbul in the finest hotels for a decent price, but in the last few years everything doubled. I booked a last minute "deal" through online TA and was not worth the money spent. This property needs an urgent face-lift, a deep cleaning and all broken stuff has to be repaired and fixed urgently. I would seek for international chains next time, one knows what to expect.

    Booking was easy online. We were able to arrange a taxi transfer from the airport through the hotel which was much appreciated. The staff were all great. We had a comfortable stay. Big selection of breakfast options in the buffet. Easy to get to public transport from the hotel.

    We spent 10 days in the Hotel! Perfect location (near pharmacies, bus stops, Osmanbey Metro 8 mns by walk, simit, markets) all the said are far 2 mns by walk even less! Double glazing windows, you dont hear any noise by day or by night. Staff are very friendly, they speak arabic and english especially Aman Allah and Beshir SUPERRR COOPERATIVE and HELPFUL! Thank u for your hospitality this hotel is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

    I only stayed at this hotel overnight and left too early to have breakfast so there is stuff I cant tell you. Good comms before I arrived. Reception staff very efficient and helpful. Do be aware on the info it said 100 Euro per stay as deposit but I didn’t get asked for it (maybe had I been there longer or leaving later). The staff carried my bag up and showed me my room and light switches etc. i was on 5th floor at back which had a kingsize bed so if you like quiet and space in bed its the place for you. The room size was great. Shower room also good size with large shower. Plenty of room! Big supersize tv with plenty of tv channels tho few English speaking (even CNN in Turkish!). No probs for me and wouldnt even if I had been staying longer. My room looked out in a wall but it had pics on it so very pleasant. Tea and coffee making facilities plus free water. Whole hotel very clean!
