    Well nothing makes you feel comfortable in this place the rooms are very small the beds are uncomfortable and the pillows are old and worn out. Bad smells everywhere and the bathroom is not clean, There is no insulation. You can hear the entire floor and they can hear you.

    The service was great, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and had all the necessary things. I also asked for an iron and for a balance (to weigh the baggage) at the reception, and they gave them to me, as well as a kettle which I asked for at the bar.The breakfast was so various and perfect! Lots of options for sandwiches, veggies, cheese, boiled potatoes, lettuce, sauces, youghurt, boiled eggs, cereals and cakes... Even the typical orient sweet - khalva. Coffee was really good too! The view from the canteen is highly enjoyable - you can see the sea with lots of ships.The room was cleaned every day, with towels changed and soap & toilet paper added.We didn't have any problems about check in and check out, the staff was even willing to help with calling a taxi.BUT there are also some problems about the hotel. The greatest inconvenience is that there are cockroaches - we killed two in the room and saw another one in the hall. The towels aren't always perfectly clean, but generally okay. The neibourhood is dirty, with a black migrant vibe. Although, the hotel is really close to the most popular tourist sights and to transport. The local Laleli market can be useful for those who want to do some cheap shopping.

    I stayed in this hotel with a few close friends and we stayed in 3 rooms. My room was by far the worst. The bathroom especially around the shower was very dirty, so clearly wasn't cleaned properly for a long time.The cleaners just leave a mop and bucket with dirty water in it all day and night until they need to use it next. So I question how often they change the water in it.Even though I'm a person who stays outside all day and only stays in the hotel to sleep and have breakfast. All I want is 2 things.1. The room to be clean (it wasn't at all)2. The bed to be comfortable (it was comfortable)Look at the photos to see other issues I found in my room. They weren't hard to find. Just very obvious and clearly not well maintained rooms. I really wouldn't recommend staying here.If I could I would've added more photo's to show other issues.You'd also feel unsafe to walk at night on the road to the hotel if you're alone.

    At first sight it looked ok, but the rooms are so small we were happy to get out of there.Shower looks like it has not been cleaned for many years.Breakfast is a laughter, salat bar for breakfast.The restaurant is only for breakfast, no coffee on the roomsAllot of noise as well from inside the hotel as from outside.Not an area you want your daughters to go around at night time.when we asked the old man at the reception to order a taxi for the next day, he wanted 400 lira for that, but no card payment, it had to be cash (maybe his way to earn a little extra).We decided to leave the hotel and move to a better place

    excellent hotel with excellent team work and excellent place to stay and enjoy beautiful istanbul.. room are clean ..stuff are nice and kind .. good breakfast ...i liked my stay and i will come back again soon
