Location

This hotel enjoys an ideal location in the heart of the historical centre of Istanbul in the Sultanahmet district and offers stunning views of the city’s historical monuments. The Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace Museum and the Blue Mosque are about 8 minutes' walk away, while the Grand Bazaar can be reached in about 10 min by public transport. The restaurants of the Sultanahmet area are within a few minutes of the hotel and nightspots can be found in Taksim, less than 20 minutes away. Sirkeci train station is about 15 minutes' walk from the property.

Facility

23 non-smoking rooms are located on 6 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. A cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. Children can enjoy the playground. Additional facilities include a playroom.     Great hotel, very clean with comfortable good sized rooms. Staff were extremely helpful, happy and kind.Very conveniently located close to all the major attractions around Sultanahmet.The driver they organized to take us to the airport was fabulous also!

    I’ve stayed here twice, both times in a seaview room. The room was exceptionally clean and was cleaned everyday. The balcony over looked the sea which was lovely at night. There was a good choice for breakfast and the protected Roman ruins inside the breakfast room were fascinating. I had a problem with wifi connection a couple of times but they fixed the problem within minutes. Reception staff were super helpful and friendly as were the cleaners. The hotel throughout was very clean and tastefully decorated.Situated on a side road off the main thoroughfare everything was accessible within minutes. No noise disturbance. I high recommend this hotel and i will return.Every floor is accessible by a lift.

    We stayed at Acra Hotel and really appreciated its excellent location — it’s just a short walk to major sights like Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern, and Topkapi Palace. It made exploring Istanbul very convenient! However, the Wi-Fi connection was quite poor, so we were glad we had eSIMs with data. We also experienced daily issues with the air conditioning showing error messages. Despite these inconveniences, our overall stay was okay, mainly because the location made everything so accessible.

    The hotel has a wonderful breakfast ,We would like to thank Acra Hotel for its friendly staff and trouble-free accommodation. Room cleaning is done daily at the hotel.I have stayed in the sultanahmet area before, but this is the first time I see a hotel with such good service. We gonna come again see u soon☺️
