Very Noisy hotel - not a 5 star experience

Extremely noisy hotel. We had a room on the 4th floor that we paid to upgrade to - it was like staying in a night club. There was constant chairs scraping on the roof coming through the ceiling from an event at the bar upstairs, and a noisy club right outside the hotel - the room almost felt like it was shaking with the kick drum of every song. Really disappointing and not a 5 star hotel experience.

We haven’t felt this welcome in a hotel in quite a while! The location is close to so much shopping, cafes, restaurants, and sights. The rooms were beautifully designed, clean, and the lounge area was fantastic. Thank you Samet for the scale and getting our postcards sent. What really set this place apart from many was the rooftop restaurant where we had breakfast every day for a week straight. Arum and his team Kerem and Zeki welcomed us every morning with a smile and delightful service, remembering our preferred order. And who could beat that view? Thank you all for making our stay in Istanbul a delight.
