    Overall, the Adelmar Hotel is an average hotel with friendly staff, a convenient location for tourists, and a good breakfast, although it has its downsides, too. For example, they went into our room without permission to fix the air conditioner and left a lot of dust and garbage there, and when we went to the reception to ask for the room to be cleaned because of this situation, they didn't even apologize to us and just said that it was necessary, although in the end they cleaned the entire room thoroughly.In addition, when making a reservation, keep in mind that unfortunately your email will not be answered and you will have to make your reservation through other means.

    We stayed at this hotel 4 nights in june 2025 for second time. 8 years ago we were at adelmar and everything was good. But this time we were so disappointed. The room was so noisy. I requested of 2 different reception to change our room but no one care. Responses were : Our rooms are fully occupied, you are at 5 floor and like this. Breakfast was so limited. Because of war between israel and iran, our flight was canceled,we checked out and change our hotel. I think management needs to take urgent actions to change employees and facilities at this hotel if they want to don’t lose their income and passengers.

    Most of the things were good, cleanness, helpful staff, nice rooms, tasty breakfast. But I expected more from reading reviews including Booking.com. A few things to reconsider:1-The drawers of closet were not clean enough.2-It was a room with balcony available but the reservation refused to give it to us with no reliable reason. 3-There was no toothpaste and toothbrush in 4 stars hotel rooms!4-At breakfast, we wanted to take 3 or 4 pieces of pastry to our rooms, but one of the staff noticed us not to do and eat them only in the salon! So unprofessional.5-The wifi service was too weak both in rooms and lobby.

    We stayed in this beautiful and cozy hotel for 6 night. We were quite satisfied and we have great time there. All things were good، respectful staff, clean room and services, excellent breakfast and great location. It also has a great location and were quite near the bus station and metro.
