Location

    We stayed with my wife for 5 nights. The staff was very warm and friendly. There is a kettle, tea and coffee in the rooms. There is also a cafe under the hotel where you can eat comfortably and have coffee and alcoholic drinks. For those who are curious, there is an elevator in the hotel. The location is within walking distance to all touristic places. It also provides 24-hour reception. I recommend it to everyone.

    the hotel is very good.worth to stay.owner and staff are all nice.food is yummy and tasty with great discount.near to everywhere.definitely i will comeback again.we love staying in that place speacially at adora hotel.you can enjoy the food too

    Disgusting experience.My money was stolen from hotel's room. When we reported this to the staff they started manipulating and lying to us. They were saying "this is not our problem", didn't call the police, didn't alowed us to closely review the camera footage, didn't even try to help us. After three day's of insisting we finally spoke to the manager (not ever sure it was the real one) who was extremely rude and unproffesional. On the last day they asked us to sign a declaration that they were not guilty of anything. To sum up, the worst customer service in my life. Real cheaters. You do the math who stole my money...We also found out that some keys can unlock many rooms. We reported this but the personnel tried to find excuses and say that this is not their problem either (I have a video proof but it's not possible to upload it. Feel free to contact me if you're in doubt, can send it).The room was not cleaned every day, the sheets, blankets and towels were dirty, wifi didn't work all the time.I wouldn’t be surprised if all the 5 star reviews are written from them (as someone already mentioned before).

    The rooms are very clean and hygienic. The location is close to all touristic places in Istanbul. The breakfast consists of a very delicious open buffet.I recommend it to everyone. I will visit again soon.

    Good Affordable Option in Sultanahmet

    We chose this hotel mainly for its location (right next to Gulhane Park and close to the major attractions of Sultanahmet). As my group of five needed three rooms, its affordability was a major attraction as well. In general, the hotel was very good. It is very centrally located, though it is hard to be dropped off or picked up directly in front on the hotel. Breakfast was decent. And staff were very helpful. I am generally impressed with the level of quality of independent hotels and restaurants in Turkey. It seems that you can't go wrong, though maybe that's because we are able to choose from a plethora of options.
