Location

This hotel is situated in the historic and cultural area of Istanbul. Restaurants, shops and a bus stop can all be reached in about 100 m. Many of the city's sights, such as the Grand Bazaar or the Hagia Sophia Museum, are approximately a 10-minute drive away.

Facility

The club has 121 non-smoking rooms, including 8 single rooms and 107 double rooms, which are located on 7 storeys and are reachable by 3 lifts. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available.     Very disappointed about the receptionist the guy with the curly hair I dont know his name . I have payed 163 dollars but in 120 British pounds and today at the checkout I have been charged another 55 Turkish lira pretending it is less then 160 dollars. That guy has given only bad services all the time because I know him from 5 years .

    We booked 3 rooms for 4 night stay before a cruise. This was a celebration for Golden Wedding.We chose this hotel for good position in old town and competitive price on booking. com.Twin room was best room for size and bathroom.Daughters double was small with bath and shower over which leaked into the bathroom due to broken shower screen.Our double was decorated for Anniversary but had only 1 curtain on window which just covered the area, when asked why was told couldn't slide on another curtain??Also our room had a big dirty stain on carpet and didn't like to walk on with bare feet.Breakfast was good and staff friendly.Wouldn't stay there again.
