The club was modernised in 2023. The hotel has 47 rooms, including 2 suites, 6 single rooms and 33 double rooms, which are located on 11 storeys and are reachable by lift. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the rooms were not only spotless but beautifully designed as well. The WiFi worked perfectly throughout my stay, which was a huge plus.The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of options, and the hotel's location couldn't have been more perfect- everything was easily accessible.I wouldn't hesitate to return anytime, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and a fantastic experience.

Loud Music every night!

You will get no sleep here!There is a horrible club at the top level that plays extremely loud music all night that you will hear in every single room of the hotel.What were they thinking leasing their penthouse to a club?They do not care about your comfort in any way.

Very nice stay - we come back. hotel must have been renovated in the past 2 yearsWe had a room (Deluxe with sea view) on the 6th floor for 4 nightsroom was super nice, spacious, clean - shower head did not work properly, but handshower didview: was okay, but not as great as expected. you can save money by not booking sea view, you get the best view at breakfast on the rooftopstaff: polite, helpfullocation: just great - close to taxim square, T1 tram line in 5 min which takes you to Agya Sofia area.

They renew the hotel 2 months ago so everything is fresh. The location is the best, you can't ask a better one!The deluxe room is big and very comfortable with a nice view of the city.Selchuk from the reception is friendly and helpful. Cleaning can be better, I'm a bit disappointed from the cleaning. Breakfast is basic and really bad. Skip it, you have wonderful coffee shops and restaurants outside the hotel.

I’ve stayed in Villa Zurich hotel for slmlst two weeks it was a very pleasant stay the hotel is really modern clean in a very good location one of the best locations for me in Istanbul cihanger the staff were professional helpful and kind , I enjoyed the breakfast the roof top
