Fantastic 5-Night Stay – Exceptional Service!We had an absolutely wonderful five-night stay at the Hilton Istanbul Old Town. The location is perfect for exploring, and the entire team is incredibly friendly. A special thank you to Miss Gonca Karahan, who provided exceptional service and kindly upgraded our room, which made our stay even more memorable. The breakfast was also delicious with a fantastic variety of options. Highly recommended, and we look forward to returning!

Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived until our departure. What truly made our stay special was the outstanding service. I would especially like to thank Gonca Karahan, who helped me organize all. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul and will definitely choose it again on our next trip.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel. It was very quiet and all of the staff were very hospitable. Especially Gonca at breakfast who always remembered us and took care of everything we needed. We will definitely come back to Istanbul and this hotel next time.

The building was in pristine condition, breakfast was phenomenal, and hospitality out of this world. Gonca Karahan ensured we were taken care of during our entire stay and was so kind! Furthermore, Bulten made sure we felt at home during our stay and was so professional the entire time. Both of them are the reasons I will be returning to this hotel!

Good location and food. Staff not so friendly. First time I was served with torn towels even after complaining. 2 out of 4 nights I saw torn linens are served. The average score because of the average experience as opposed to a high expectation from a double tree by Hilton.
