    It is a very basic hotel apartment with poor service .,old furniture , no breakfast but good location in istiklal street which is full of shops and restaurant .size of room and bathroom is ok but old and looks dirty .no elavator till first floor and you have to go to reception with your heavy bags without elavator.only every 3 days room service is available and thanks to Dear Nazli for her efforts there as reception with smiley face .area of hotel is so noisy in nights while sleeping .some smell from toilet which is disturbing as it is old building .needs renewal if not it dosnot deserve 250 Tr per night .

    Very poor service, not clean, no elevators

    Location is the only good thing - the residence is bang in center of Taksim.We went there with my parents. They gave us a room on 5th floor. The elevators were not there/not working. We had to use the staircase which did not have sufficient light.Room was not clean at all - kitchen cutlery provided had not been cleaned. Overall service was horrible. Do Not Recommend.

    Really an amazing place. So beautiful and BIG rooms(it is actually apartments), and just so close to everything. I would pay double, and still go here. One of the smallest, but absolutely best and safest hotels i've ever been to. And they even serve your breakfast in the apartment - how cool is that? :DPS: The Wi-Fi is AMAZING when you compare to turkish standards.

    I choose this hotel for my stay in Istanbul I have to say that the place was great the room were clean and very helpful employees specially "Ibrahim" he did a great job for fulfilling my demand he was very responsive and with a great smile good this the attitude that start your day well my room was well cleaned all the time I would like to really thank him for being so nice with me and made my stay the best thank you all for the great service I would gladly come again. Good luck to you guys and keep up the good work they even took care of me when I had no where to go because I had check out of the hotel but my flight was in they let me stay in the lobby this amazing service right there because they didn't have to thank you all.

    The location of the hotel is very central right off Istiklal Caddesi. Rooms are alright and clean. The real turn off are the VERY noisy employees who are more or less constantlz screaming. This starts at 6 in the morning and continues more or less the whole day. Various complaints did not turn out to be useful. The hotel inside produces more noise than the busy street outside. I do not recommend this hotel because of this
