    It is classed as 4 star and from reviews it seems it used to be good but recent reviews and my personal experience showed that it's not any more.The hotel rooms are not getting cleaned professionally. Bedding and towels are too old . There is no kettle in many rooms and if there is no tea bags or cups. Tv is not working. But staff are very friendly and can change your room if they can. Overall good for the price but a hygiene problem.

    Very bad hotel so disgusting room and washroom every thing was dirty and unorganized. We stayed 2 nights AC was not working at all and no one help out to fix nor gave us any alternative room. We opened the windows than mosquitoes came in and they bit us whole night one of the wrost hotel in my life. I would give 0 star for service and cleaning. Not recommended if you wanna ruined your vacation go ahead there

    The hotel looked nice from the outside, but the ground floor room we were given was terrible. At 11 pm, I wanted to use the bathroom, but the toilet flush wasn't working. I informed the reception, but they said they couldn't do anything about it. There were no towels or kettle, but they sent them later. The hairdryer stopped working every 30 seconds, making it unusable. The bed must have been at least 20 years old; it sagged, and I woke up with aches all over my body. This was truly one of the worst hotel experiences of my life.otel dışardan güzel görünüyordu ancak bize verilen giriş kattaki oda çok kötüydü. akşam 11 de tuvaleti kullanmak istedim ama klozetin musluğu çalışmıyordu resepsiyona söyledim birşey yapamayacagını söyledi . havlu yoktu kattle yoktu sonradan gönderdiler saç kurutma makınesi 30 saniyede duruyor kullanılmıyor. yatak belki 20 yıllık çöküyor sabah heryerim ağrıyarak uyandım. gerçekten hayatımdaki en kötü oyel deneyimlerinden biri oldu.

    we asked the hotel to clean our room in the morning when we left the hotel to explore the city. when we come back, the room is still not cleaned. they say that the room is not dirty thus will clean it the next day. which is the day we check out. found a cigarette butt on the bathroom and they say the bathroom is clean. i just don’t understand their level of cleanliness. If you have better budget, i’d say don’t book this hotel. so bad service for a hospitality bussiness

    Excellent experience hotel is in a ggreat location. All amenities are close by. The reception staff at the hotel were always so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was nice and clean thank you to house keeping. And thank you to younis at reception for the lovely gift on out last day. We will definitely be returning ..
