    Certainly not a 4 star hotel. Tiny rooms. Care needs to be taken with cleaning. Dirty shower glass and dirty toilet bowl on arrival. No coffee sachets. They need to put a top sheet on bed instead of heavy throw. Slept well. Took a water from fridge and noticed housekeeping had not kept the fridge stocked up. Stayed here for 2 nights, would not want to stay longer. Woken at 8 a.m. by loud housekeeping staff.

    The best thing about this hotel is the location .It’s too close to tram station .Actually , it’s not very clean . And breakfast came with a limited choices.Bathroom was too small . Staff were very friendly,helpful.Specialty,Ali in the reception he was taking English very well that was very helpful for us .

    Very nice, clean and centrally located hotel. Metro station a few minutes away. Staff very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to main attractions of old town, such as Blue Mosque, Aja Sofia and Topkapi palace. Many good restaurants nearby.

    We were a family of 6 people. When we got to the hotel , we found out that there were only 3 beds in our room. We asked for another room but we couldn't get it. We had already paid for the stay but they made us pay extra when we arrived. When we had to check out of the hotel, we were accused by the owner of taking drinks from the fridge in our room. We kept saying we NEVER touched any of the drinks since we arrived. We always bought drinks from outside of the hotel. They didn't believe us so we paid for something than we didn't take. We left the hotel with a bad experience. The employees were very friendly but the owner was very rude.

    Well, don’t know from where to start but to sum it up I would like to say that the hotel is super and clean and really amazing,,all the guys working there with mo exception (Ali,Murad,Ercan) are so nice and helpful and always there to ask for any help I might need.. the location is great, it’s close to a tramway station and also near to all the main shops and restaurants and monuments I needed to see…etc Special thanks to Ali the front-disk guy who was so helpful/ humble/ cheerful and so cool as well l..Highly recommended 👌👌👌
