    Terrible experience, i can't even call this place a hotel, however the location is in taksim centre. Rooms was very dirty. While i was overlooking the room I showed the staff unflushed toilet flush... All the bedsheets were dirty.. Disgusting...It is hard to imagine how much i was dissapointed. I will never recommend anyone to book this hotel

    Booked this hotel because of it’s perfect location near Taksim and Istiklal.Checking was at 2 pm, but was not ready. They said come back after one hour, we came back after 2 hours but still not ready.When we we finally got the room he apologized before we seen the room for bad cleaning. And it really was.Room was not what we had booked, much much smaller and no balcony. The fridge did not work, the AC had really seen it’s better days but worked, was mended with tape. And it was black mold in the shower. The curtains had slipped out of their tracks and were hanging half out of the track.The beds was not good, bedsprings creaked and you could feel them through the madness. They forgot one bed blanket, I went down to ask for it and they said they would be up with it at 10pm first night, at past 10 we said that they could bring it next day, I slept with a beach blanket. In the next evening still no blanket, it came at 10pm after a reminder.Hotel was fully booked so changing was not possible. Felt sorry for the staff, they were very polite and nice, but short staffed. To bad they don’t maintain a good standard, cause even if the room was small, if they did the maintenance the hotel is in a perfect spot and the room itself, was nice painted.

    Worst experience ever. Staff lying, doesn't speak English, tries to take more money, cleaning women is robber she took my rings and golden bracelet and another cleaner guy wanted to fight with me! They don't clean rooms, TV doesn't work, no service, paper, towels, lights very small, bad small and dirty as hell!!

    I booked a room with 3 beds, but upon arrival I was informed that the hotel doesn't have such rooms. The hotel did not even apologize. NNo one cleaned the room for 5 days. The staff does't speak English or speaks very little. The furnishings are old, the towels were torn, there were no sheets for the covers, there is no information that breakfast is served in a neighboring restaurant. There is no restaurant or bar in the hotel itself. Positives: perfect location, excellent internet.

    First of all, It is very very old building, i think they must recontruct! Their hotel. Every where is dirty not because they dont clean, but because of their rooms and furnitures are depreciation. This hotel realy needs renovation.Second of all, the hotel is located very close to istiklal street, so it’s noisy place. Reserve it if you are a night owl! Finally, the receptions are polite and helpful
