    I liked the Hotel a lot, i had a great time staying here. It has a great Location, near Blue Mosque and the Grand Bazar! The Service was amazing: Mayar was very nice to us, she is always smiling! Ali, Sevcan and Cetin were also very nice to give all the information I needed! I would recommend this hotel 100%!

    Reception staff misinformative. Terrible expierence. They have ruined our holiday experience. We will definitely not return and also wouldn’t recommend. Avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid at all costs choose elsewhere unless you want a rubbish stay. If it gave me option to put 0 stars I would go and do it.

    The staff was very rude. They forced me to pay hidden fees or else they would not give me my room. The manager was rude. They kicked me out of my room. Declined my reservation even though I had paid already and forced me to pay extra or else they wouldn’t give me my room leaving me stranded. The bellboy was rude and lied on multiple occasions completely misleading.

    A Disastrous Experience in Istanbul with Luxuria TravelOur trip to Istanbul, organized through Luxuria Travel, turned out to be a complete disappointment. From the very beginning, it was clear that the promises made by the agency were far from the reality we encountered.Accommodation - Far from RelaxingThe issues started with an excessively long wait at check-in. While this might sometimes be attributed to bad luck, it clearly reflects a lack of organization. Once in the room, the experience was far from restful. The walls were paper-thin, allowing us to hear every word and sound from neighboring rooms, as well as the chatter of housekeeping staff in the hallways and even the ringing of phones. There was no sense of privacy or tranquility.New Year’s Eve - A Complete FailureAt the restaurant, things went from bad to worse. During breakfast on previous days, we noticed a beautifully decorated area with festive tables, which we assumed was being prepared for the New Year’s Eve celebration. However, on the big night, we were crammed into the regular breakfast area, while the decorated section was reserved exclusively for the hotel owner and his family. They sat there like royalty, watching the rest of us struggle in a packed, chaotic space, reminiscent of sardines in a can.The lack of basic organization was shocking. We constantly had to remind the serving staff about missing items that should have been on the table for a festive dinner. To top it off, there was no champagne provided to toast the New Year, making the whole evening feel like a mockery. Despite our complaints, the event was abruptly cut short without any meaningful resolution.Food - Below ExpectationsThe quality of the food was mediocre at best and did not justify the cost. The lack of variety and attention to detail was frustrating and far below the standard one would expect from a premium holiday experience.Bosporus Cruise - The Final LetdownThe last day of the trip was supposed to be the highlight: a Turkish Night on a Bosporus cruise. Instead, it turned into the ultimate disappointment. Upon boarding, we discovered that we had been assigned the worst possible tables—at the back, far from the action. The best tables had already been reserved by other agencies, leaving our group squeezed into the remaining spots, some even left without seats.The experience was so disheartening that we decided to leave the boat entirely, despite attempts from the staff and our guide to persuade us to stay. Thankfully, our guide fought for us to get a refund, but the damage was already done.ConclusionThis trip with Luxuria Travel was marked by a complete lack of professionalism, organization, and respect for customers. From the accommodation to the festive dinner and the cruise, everything felt like a scam. I cannot recommend this agency to anyone and strongly advise against using their services. If you want to enjoy your vacation, look elsewhere!!
