    I stayed at this hotel with my sister and my daughter. When we arrived, the Concierge introduced himself to us.. His name is Ulgen. Because of him he had a very pleasant stay.. He went above and beyond forus pretty much daily. I was there for a medical procedure and my sister and daughter came to take care of me. He spoke English thank God. He was always happy to help us which seemed like we needed something every day. From help with ordering food, or medication, or groceries he never got impatient with us.     We have just returned home from staying here for the last week and honestly we were so pleased from start to finish. We had a suite room and it was so clean and very modern. All the staff were friendly but Ülgen in particular was amazing! Nothing was too much trouble and he helped us in so many ways. We would definitely come back to Antwell.
