The hotel is in the city district Sisli-Nişantaşı, opposite the Istanbul Military Museum. Links to the public transport network are on the hotel's doorstep and the railway station is some 6 km away. There is a beach roughly 20 km from the hotel. Atatürk International Airport is situated at a distance of approximately 20 km and Sabiha Gökçen International Airport is about 50 km away.

Facility

The hotel was built in 1920. The hotel has 5 single rooms and 14 double rooms, which are located on 7 storeys and are reachable by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by multilingual staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket.     Nightmare!

    It was a NIGHTMARE! I can’t imagine how this hotel is still in business! Avoid it at all costs! We only stayed there for one night, or more precisely, 7 hours, and we wanted to leave as soon as possible. Since we arrived late, we went straight to sleep because we had an important day ahead for business matters. We were woken up by shouting and banging all over the hotel, especially right next to our room. It was our first time in Istanbul, and we were foreigners who didn’t understand the local language, so it was the worst night ever. Eventually, the commotion moved right to our door, and it felt like the fighting, arguing couple was going to burst into our room any minute. I wouldn’t wish this on anyone. The noise finally stopped after two hours. I didn’t sleep because I was afraid to do anything. In the morning, we immediately checked out because safety is the most important thing. When we asked for a refund for the remaining nights, do you know what the management said? That these things happen, and they can’t guarantee safety or prevent such incidents. Booking also didn’t help because the hotel refused to give us our money back. Clearly, this hotel doesn’t care about your safety, your stay, or their reputation.The rooms are terrible. I paid extra to have a balcony, and instead, I got windows overlooking a shabby inner yard. The photos didn’t match reality. The rooms were dirty, the bed linens stained, and there was no soundproofing. We had paid for breakfast but didn’t even try it because we didn’t want to risk it. I do not recommend this hotel—it is unsafe, the management doesn’t care about the guests, and they don’t prioritize customer service.     its rooms are so dirty , there were a lot of litter under the beds , bathroom was sooooo dirty , you will have a few cheese and sausages without any shif or barmaid, you should charge breakfast for youself . my husband ,my mom and i had sereved 1double room and 1 single room but they did not give us those rooms finally my husband and i were compelled to stay in triple room with 3 separate beds this hotel is very dirty with bad tempered stuff , also there was beetle in bread basket.ohhhh it was horrible experience arach hotel, Genel Müdür at Arach Hotel Harbiye, responded to this review First of all, we apologize for the delayed response and for the negative experience you had at our hotel.     I had terrible experience with Arach Hotel from 24 Oct 2018 up to 26 Oct 2018. poor heating system, dirty and moldy bathroom and toilet, bed sheets were completely torn apart and beds were uncomfortable, TV not working. also, sour milk served for breakfast!!! Finally, I Decided to be out of hotel during my vacation.
