This hotel is surrounded by all the major historical and cultural sights in the heart of the old town, Sultanahmet - an old capital of the Ottoman Empire. Hagia Sophia, The Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, The Underground Cistern and the Grand Bazaar are all within easy walking distance. Restaurants, bars, links to public transport, shopping opportunities, and the bus and train stations are also in the immediate vicinity.

Facility

The hotel has 36 non-smoking rooms, which are located on 8 storeys and are reachable by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. A cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Rooms

    We stayed at the Arden City hotel in room 305, overall the emotions remained positive, the room was cleaned every day. A clean and modern hotel in the heart of Istanbul. Special thanks to the guy at the reception - Omer, he is a kind, responsive guy, ready to help and tell where to go and how to get to the right place, this guy was remembered more from the staff everything. What we would like to recommend is to equip the room with a better hairdryer, since what is there just falls apart in your hands, there are still not enough spoons to make it comfortable to put on shoes, and I would like to diversify the breakfasts, there was always an omelet out of eight days, the other is fine. We were satisfied. Many thanks

    Stayed here for 8 nights. Lovely hotel. Staff are so helpful, starting before you even get through the door. Reception was super helpful with advice on where to go and directions, always welcoming us back and asking about our day. The Turkish breakfast was lovely with lots of variety, staff here too were always smiling and helpful. Had an evening meal here too, one of our best meals. The view from the rooftop restaurant is spectacular. Even the cleaners where super friendly. Our room was cleaned, with new towels everyday and fresh bottled water daily. Perfect location too for attractions. About a 5 minute walk to the Blue Mosque, Sagia Sophia, Topika Palace, Grand Bazaar ect. Would definitely stay here again should we ever return to Istanbul.

    My daughter and I, stayed in the hotel for a few days and would like to thank manager of the hotel Aslan for the great hospitality. We had a great experience with the hotel and would recommend it to our friends. The hotel location is very close to most of the historical places, shopping and restaurants. The staff is very friendly and helpful, a huge thanks to Boris for his service and kindness.

    This is an absolutely fantastic hotel and I would highly recommend it to anyone coming to Istanbul 😊Firstly, we were met by the doorman who helped with our cases. Secondly, we had the warmest of welcomes by the reception man (sorry I didn't get his name) he was friendly, gave us a map and lots of advice about our trip, recommendations and such. He also very kindly gave us an instanbulkart card to be used on public transport. This was a really nice touch as it saved us buying one, whilst it only saved a few quid it was a lovely gesture! He just asked that we return it at the end of our stay so that other guests could also benefit from it. Its little acts of kindness like this that make a world of difference! Every day he asked us our plans and would wish us a good day and on our return would ask us how our day was.The room has everything you need as other reviews have said, kettle, tea/coffee/water, toiletries, hairdryer, fridge and air-conditioning. Lovely comfortable bed with good pillows and good black out curtains. Towels replaced daily if required along with cleaning of the room and toilet roll/water replenishment if required. Some of the furniture may look a little tired but this does not impact your stay whatsoever! Who cares it was immaculately clean and how long do you spend in the room on a city break anyway!Breakfast was delicious, lots to choose from including fresh fried eggs/omelette if requested. View from the breakfast room and terrace is amazing! This becomes a restaurant in the evening but unfortunately we did not partake! All in all i don't think we could have picked a better place to stay and would definitely book this hotel again when we return to Istanbul. All staff and service s were impeccable 👌 the company should be proud of all of them for making their hotel such a wonderful place to stay.Lastly, location was perfect, literally within walking distance to all the main attractions, Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern, Grand Bazaar. I would alsi highly recommend a walk through Gulhane Park, it was gorgeous 😍 Also highly recommend the day boat trip that was recommended by the reception manager, it was 90 euros which sounds a lot but was worth every penny - we had breakfast and lunch included along with lots of key sites visited during the day xx
