    Location is fantastic the rooms are traditional but very nice specially 211Drop offs and pick ups were always assisted.     Cockroach and dishonesty

    We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. We thought we had got a great deal by booking with a huge Black Friday discount, but it turned out to be a complete scam, because the photos on Booking were of the suite, not of the rooms they actually sell.The standard rooms have holes in the skirting boards, the parquet flooring and the tiles, and cockroaches come out of them. At the reception there was an unwelcoming and rude man who could do very little when faced with the cockroach we caught in the shower. He changed the room only for me and not for my colleagues because they supposedly did not have “clear evidence”.Dishonest and rude. The hotel is not worth the money we paid!     Super caring and close to attractions

    After coming in exhausted with a cold from three weeks in North Africa I stopped over in Istanbul. Alas since last here the taxis hadn’t changed in ‘varied’ pricing but once arriving at Arena both concierge and manager barked at the poor driver about his fee. Even though it was late at night they welcomed me with refreshments and organised a better priced transfer prepaid. The breakfast was delicious and I was fussed over like family every time I came and went. Recommended

    Our room was nice and bright with good AC to keep it cool. There was a lot of noise from above due to wooden floors. Breakfast was very average at best. To be honest, your better off finding a nice cafe somewhere. The location was handy to the Blue Mosque area, being about 5 minutes walk. Staff were friendly and helpful, although we didnt have a lot to do with them.
