    I stayed at this hotel for about a week with my family and booked two rooms. While the reception and lobby staff were always polite, welcoming, and professional, I was unfortunately disappointed with some aspects of our stay.The main issue was cleanliness. Housekeeping was inconsistent, and there were several occasions when the floor was not cleaned properly. We also requested a bed sheet change, but the sheets were not replaced as expected.In addition, since we were traveling with children, we asked if the minibar items could be removed from the room. Unfortunately, this was not accommodated unless an additional fee was paid.I truly appreciate the kindness and professionalism of the front desk and lobby staff, as they were one of the highlights of our stay. However, I hope the hotel will place greater attention on cleanliness and housekeeping standards in the future.

    I traveled all over the world Indonesia Jordan Egypt and USA belive me I haven't see hotel member like Arise hotel thankfully for everyone one working in this hotel .and they have an excellent delicious restaurant. This is the truth.My advice for all Arab people have to try staining in this nice hotel .
