2 suites and 15 double rooms are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by lift. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services such as a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for a fee.     Staff friendly enough, though not very helpful, everything seemed a chore for them. Complained our balcony door wouldn’t lock, they said “don’t worry nobody steals anything and didn’t do anything about it. Room was standard so you get what you pay for, no complaints there, except for the cleaners doing a little cleaning as possible. Very minimal. Our biggest complaint was the breakfast. Terrible would be the best way to describe it, very little choice and everything available was the same as the day before. Milk for tea was off and curdled one of the days and I had to bring it to their attention. Overall, honestly and respectfully, I wouldn’t recommend this place - predominantly because of staff attitude towards help, the safety issue with the balcony door not locking and the poor breakfast.

    Wonderful hotel, wonderful stuff, spent 3 days in instanbul. The stuff at the Aristocrat where so helpful with what to do around the area. Even help manage sending out lost personal items. To that we are very grateful. To both receptionist who help me out. Memut thank you for all you did for us. Truly greatful

    The hotel location is very good. It is nearby many attractions and metro station. The room is very clean and complete with all the basic amenities. The atmosphere is very comfortable suitable for family. The hotel surrounding is safe and nights are not noisy. The staff are very friendly and helpful. No worries for first timer in the city. Overall, the hotel is value for money.

    My friend and I booked what was supposed to be two rooms, one with a double bed and one with two singles. When we arrived we were given keys to a tiny room with two single bed frames pushed together and one double mattress on top. When I complained and requested to be moved ti the room I'd booked, the only solution they claimed they were able to offer was to replace the double mattress with two single mattresses.If you want to receive the type of room you've booked, I suggest you look elsewhere.

    Such an amazing hotel! 100/10 highly recommend! The staff are so amazing and helpful! You are in walking distance of everything!! Also a bunch of great restaurants in the area. Would come back and stay here again.
