  Location is indisputable was perfect to Galata istiklal Çad Kabataş just süper for walking location.Our room was on level 2 which was terrible views of the street and the lighting was projecting inside our bedroom compromising on my sleep.The views from the roof top was amazing but not from my room felt like I was on the carpark.Staff are like figurines just there but not helpful or friendly in anyway. Sad for the lovely owner he desperately needs smiling face staff who are interactive and friendly. The young guy just sat behind the counter didn’t even offer to help with my suitcases.There are no facilities. The double bed was uncomfortable I feel in between the bed numerous times.Couldn’t really open the window in the bathroom otherwise I would have been exposed to the carpark.In all I hated the level I was on level two was disappointing

  Fabulous location around the corner from Galata Tower ...

  I've had a wonderful five day stay at this lovely hotel. As a solo traveller, I booked a single room but got one that was spacious, tastefully decorated, with a big king bed. The whole hotel is immaculate and well cared for by the team. The high point is the rooftop terrace where breakfast is served every morning. Beautiful views across the Bosphorus and available for guests to enjoy until 2400. Breakfast is traditionally Turkish and very generous, I looked forward to it every day. Highly recommended, would not hesitate to stay again.

  We can't say enough good things about our experience at this hotel. The top three positives are 1) the views, 2) the service and 3) the quiet. Conveniently located in the Beyoğlu, the "New District," its seventh-floor rooftop terrace affords commanding views across Golden Horn to the major attractions of Istanbul, as well as over to Galata Tower. Breakfasts on the terrace were not the best meals we had in the city, but that says more about the quality of those other meals than any deficiency of the hotel. Nicely appointed, the small hotel is well-insulated with good windows, so we were not kept awake by the noises of traffic just outside. The staff could not have been more helpful, attending to and even anticipating the needs of first-time visitors. When we return to Istanbul, as we must, we will stay here again.

  Small but well located hotel

  Small & compact hotel but very well maintained, and walking to distance to a lot of tourist attractions and to transport hubs. Staff and housekeeping are fantastic. Stayed in room 401 for 4 nights. Had a partial river view. Terrace has the best view especially at night. Big thanks to Mustafa, Mira, Arda, Erkon and the rest of the team, and last but not least the owner Mr. Mehfu.

  Don’t look elsewhere, best service best view best location !!! Daily housekeeping, daily free water and the terrace view to die for. You get to see the best of Istanbul. We are 3 in a room.. we booked triple beds and it’s spacious can fit in 3 4 luggage and we still have space to comfortably sit and move around. The bathroom is large too. This hotel has a lift.
