    The hotel is very clean, and the reception staff are excellent. The bellboy, Mr. YILMAZ, greets guests warmly and professionally. He is a very kind and pleasant person.Also, Ms. Aynur does an excellent job cleaning the rooms. She is very professional and hardworking.

    We had an excellent experience at the hotel. It is a classy and well-managed place where both the kitchen and reception staff are exceptionally friendly, polite, and attentive. Every question we had was answered thoughtfully and professionally.The kitchen team maintains a high level of cleanliness and organization. The breakfast offered a great variety, and the filter coffee was especially impressive. When we requested an extra bed for our six-year-old child, the staff responded quickly and efficiently.The hotel’s location is very convenient; however, public street parking can sometimes be challenging. Fortunately, the valet team was extremely helpful in assisting us with parking solutions.The sauna and pool areas are clean and well-maintained, and the massage team is highly professional, providing a very relaxing experience.     Unacceptable Behavior from Reception

    Stayed on 22.11.2025. The room was in a dark, basement-like area at the back of the hotel with loud fan noise. When I asked the front desk for a room change, the staff rudely threw my key and said my reservation was cancelled. Extremely unprofessional behavior—totally ruined our stay.
