    Stuffy, no ventilation, rude staff

    Room was very stuffy and hot, absolutely impossible to sleep. Window only opens about 4cm and the air conditioning didn't seem to be working. Went down to query this at the front desk and the lady working was quite rude. Informed me "there is no air conditioning winter is coming" (it was 22c+ outside still) when I said the room was too hot to sleep so could it please be enabled she said "just open the window then". Would love to! If only you could! I asked if they had a fan or something and she looked at me like I was an idiot. My girlfriend was recovering from surgery so not sleeping isn't exactly helpful for recovery is it. Here's a tip for the hotel: guests should be allowed to dictate the temperature of their own rooms regardless of what month it is. Hope this helps!

    Came for a surgery and stayed here just before and for a week after. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was on the small size but still okay. TV didn’t have any English channels but luckily brought a laptop for entertainment. The WiFi was a bit spotty at times but mostly good. Overall was quite clean. Breakfast was a classic Turkish breakfast including cheese options, some meat options and some hot food, also did have a couple cereal options as well.

    If you are reading this it may be because you are booked for surgery at memorial hospital if so please read this as a warning. The hotel is average although the room I had was the first floor opposite a drinking club and got extremely noisy to the extent I could not sleep . I also had to go to reception at 2am one morning as the staff were having a riot in the next room. The last thing you need after surgery. The sneaker was poor and was asking me for tips which I gave but he kept appearing at the door looking for more money and trying to do extra things but I felt so sorry for him I was giving him food too. I think as you’ve had surgery they know you have money. The whole point of my review though is more to warn against using Dr Ercan Karacaoglu. I have botched surgery and since coming home have contact with 8 other people he has butchered . Do yourself a favour and don’t book with him .

    I have stayed at this hotel with my friend for 2 weeks. It was lovely. Breakfast is looking very good and taste good.the staff are friendly. the only problem the location was far if you want to travel to the central Istanbul or Europe side which u get a taxi. However it was close to the hospital&hair transplant clinic I had a operation up there. I definitely would go back.
