    I recently stayed at this hotel on April 23rd and 24th 2026 I used a chime card the first night I stayed they took out the money , I went to the front desk the following morning and requested another night there they then took out of my frost card for 2 nights which was 257.00 then I look at my frost card this morning and they took out 260.00 I feel they have ripped me off cause now I got 70.00 in overdraft fees , I been going to this hotel for awhile and never ever had this happen before I will not be staying at this hotel ever again . These holds can sometimes appear as multiple charges until your bank processes them.That said, we absolutely want to make sure everything is accurate and resolved for you.     Disappointing Breakfast

    We have visited this location several times. The weekday breakfast is disappointing because there is no breakfast meat.Please consider having bacon or sausage along with scrambled eggs. Not everyone wants high carbohydrate " breakfast sandwiches or burritos".The only low carb options are boiled or scrambled eggs, cheese. or nuts.     Norma at the front desk is great! The front desk team as a whole was awesome. The rooms are terrible and I hope I don’t have to stay here again. The shower and sink are separate from the toilet in its’ own little room. It’s weird. The hotel smells like mold and is very musty. I asked to switch rooms because of this and it didn’t matter. All rooms smell like mold and are musty. The smell is so strong I had trouble sleeping. The rooms are hot and the Air conditioning does not work well maybe this is the issue. Please fix the mold and musty smell at this hotel.     Very quiet hotel with a spacious room. Breakfast had a good variety of food and drinks. The waffle maker is always a hit with our kid. Staff was friendly and helpful.Pool area was clean and good for relaxing on seating area in deep end, playing and swimming. Exercise room saw clean and didn’t smell like a gym.     Good Stay - Needs Maintenance

    We enjoyed a good overnight stay at this property. The room was clean.Unfortunately, the sliding doors to the bathrooms need attention as they stick and are hard to slide. I suggest housekeepers check and have maintenance service as required.Breakfast was hot and plentiful as Linda does a great job. The water outage should not affect cold but it did.
