    Very dirty hotel, rude manager

    When we arrived at the hotel the rooms weren’t ready and we waited almost an hour. When we entered the room we noticed that the room wasn’t properly cleaned and we asked them to clean it while we are out visiting. When we came back (around 9 pm) we noticed that they didn’t clean as they said. After noticing some pubic hair and a stain on the sheets I started inspecting the room and beds thoroughly, the sheets were dirty, the mattress was disgusting, the protective mattress had a huge stain of urine, hair and dust on the floor and furniture. I called the manager showing him the situation and he said that is no problem and why I’m doing such a big deal from this. He was rude and verbally aggressive. Also the pictures that you find on different booking websites are not real.

    Our room had bed bugs. We noticed some itchiness and upon further inspection, found bugs on the mattress. We got moved to a different room, but we still had bite marks all over Odamızda yatak böcekleri vardı

    Good value for Beyoglu but in bar area

    Not having been to Turkey before, I didn't know what to expect but just knew that we had to stay near the Istiklal Caddesi,Taksim Square and the Galata Tower. Now that I know better the ideal area for me would be towards the Galata Tower and away from the noisy bar area (west side and opposite the Mango store) of the Istiklal.Having said that, the guy at reception was absolutely kind and upgraded us to a family room as we wanted to have twin beds. Fortunately I am not a light sleeper because it did get quite noisy.

    It the worst experience i’ve ever had in istanbul .. ive been visiting istanbul for many years and i went to many hotels but this one was the worst for me since they steal my shoeses my adidas and reebok one! Can u imagine someone is stealing your shoes! Well thats what i faced in this shameless hotel! And i called the reception to see the cameras he said that i canot i want approve from the manager. At morning they said that they threw my shoes!! And also they wanted me to leave the room because they have another guests!

    Incredible nice staff. Perfect rooms. Cozy and friendly environment. If you have any problem, staff will sort within 5 min. Best location... Everything is around and you are inside nightlife. Whats more, the price was really amazing and worth it.
