    Worst Experience BIG SCAMMMM

    Disgusting… the pictures are fake don’t be fooled. What we saw online vs in person was a huge difference a big SCAM. The exterior building does not look anything alike the picture, the rooms also the same, pictures are all edited..sheets were dirty, beds were dusty,, washroom had an awful smell, noise from inside and outside was crystal clear… big waste of money, ruined my overall experience and to all foreigners please beware most hotels in Turkey do the same, pictures are edited and changed to look better so better go in person and check out the place before booking !!

    I had a great experience staying here! It was the perfect choice for me, as I had some business to attend to in the area. The neighborhood is just lovely—safe and full of life, with so many cafes and restaurants to explore. Plus, getting around with easy access to the metro and buses is super convenient. If you're in the mood for shopping, Cevahir Mall is nearby too!The breakfast was quite nice and very tasty! I also appreciated how clean the hotel was—it had such a lovely smell. The staff were absolutely wonderful—so friendly and welcoming, always eager to help with anything I needed. While the rooms were a bit on the small side, it was cozy enough for my needs since I was just looking for a place to crash after a busy day. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay!

    Ideal in terms of price performance. It is a clean hotel with friendly staff. It also has a nice terrace where breakfast is sufficient in terms of variety. If there are small problems, you can solve them with support. Also it has an excellent location.

    Nightmare!

    A nightmare!We had booked, early April 2024, a 6 nights stay at Atik Palas Hotel. Upon our arrival at Istanbul, we contacted the hotel that we are on our way. We found out that our reservation was cancelled!!The host, Ahmet, indicated that they tried to contact us 2 days prior. He mentioned that we did not pay a deposit which was actually never requested from us. The hotel did not contact us neither by email nor by phone. The reservation document does not mention that a deposit must be paid. The staff did not mention it when I called to make the reservation. I have all the evidence to prove my claims.The host then "offered" us a one night stay, indicating that the hotel was full the next days. We tried to get a discount given the circonstances. The "host" went full psychopath. He outright said, your reservation for tonight is cancelled and your are free to leave.We requested to talk to his manager and once more got a refusal. The manager was on vacation, he said.Last but not least the host completely ignored my wife each time she would talk to him.Thanks you Atik Palas hotel for ruining holidays and costing us extra expenses!I do not recomend this hotel for sure.

    The single rooms are terrible. It is so small. No safe box, no water, no sofa and chairs, nothing it has. I saw more than 20 hotels in Istanbul, here is the baddest.But the rooms is clean .this is the positive point
