    It was an awful experience Dirty rooms without light, they didn’t clean up the room for 4 days that we settled thereSimple and not fresh breakfastJust cheese and tomato boiled egg Awful, dirty, unpleasant آشغالترین هتل استانبولموی مهمانهای قبل رو تخت بود، بعد از چندین بار تذکر باز هم نیومدن تمیز کنن، کثافت خالص و صبحانه ای که توو خونت بیشتر از این میز میچینیویو اتاقها به خونه هایی بد تر از زاغه نشینها

    Let’s start positive. Beds and bathroom were clean. Now negatives, lift was broken and gentleman at reception on the Monday was so helpful and took our cases up the winding staircase, unlike the male receptionist on Tuesday morning who thought of every excuse under the sun to avoid taking our cases down. I informed him that it wasn’t my problem, he said it wasn’t his either. Look out for him especially if the lift is still broken. Place was ok for one night

    It’s not what is on the picture the are all fake the room are not what are in the picture the bathroom is so moldy an the staff is not helpful.I don’t recommend this hotel to nobady and is far away from Istanbul centre o but 1 hour walk Tv didn’t work and when I was go to reception to inform them they saying I will be repaired not happening so after that they not speak to polite

    I stayed at Atro Hotel for two nights when I traveled to Istanbul for the Canadian Visa fingerprints. It was the first time I traveled alone. I enjoyed my stay at Atro's. The air conditioner really worked well, in that sweltering hot summer weather. The staff were helpful and respectful. My room was clean and had all I needed (refrigerator, safe-box, coat hangers, ...). I enjoyed my stay. However, I wish they started breakfast earlier that 8 am, and had more options.

    Very bad experience. Very dirty. Rude staff . Will never book this hotel .4 star hotel cannot clean little makeup on a towel and let people pay towels and sheets price. Staff on counter have bad attitude and not respectful especially Karam..
